Nada no me gusto nada, es parecido a un hostal cuando el precio es de hotel de tres estrellas.
la cama incomoda y pequeña, el ascensor pequeño, el desayuno patético

El hotel está céntrico, cerca de todo. La chica de recepción fue bastante amable. Cómodo y con lo necesario. Lo básico.
El ascensor solo sube al 5 aunque hay habitaciones en la planta 6 también y tienes que subir andando.
El ascensor es pequeño, solo caben 2 personas.
El agua caliente de la ducha y lavabo tarda en salir bastante (5 o 10 minutos)
El desayuno muy pobre (croisant, pan au chocolat, pan , mantequilla , mérmelada, cereal y café)
Le pedimos a la chica que se ocupaba del desayuno si podía darnos agua en el desayuno y su respuesta fue: en la nevera de la habitación tienes, subes y la coges.
Fue muy desagradable la chica del desayuno, tuvimos que pedir varias cosas y tenía una taza sucia que al final me cambio.

Emplacement parfait avec un service de bagagerie
Eau de la douche pas très chaude et manque de pression. Une bonde de lavabo qui ne fonctionne pas et réparé avec un élastique. La propreté à revoir .

The check-in was quick and easy. The location is perfect for travellers to the Gare de Montparnas and as well to find good restaurants around. The streets nearby are full of atmosphere.
The room was totally ok and the bathroom very suitable in size.
I would expect a kettle in the room for preparing a coffee or tea.
The entrance situation of the hotel could be more designed, more updated in order to create a more inviting atmosphere.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The location is perfect for traveling in and out of Montparnasse! great food all around the area and a simple walk to the station. The room had everything I needed and more. just perfect for a quick stay!

The location was great.
The night shift staff. Plus, there was a "technical issue" with the warm water. I read this in other comments as well. After we complained they would turn the warm water on. Also the internet wasn't working for half the stay. For 5 nights it's not worth it. And I wouldn't go back, for the above reasons. I understand the small rooms in Paris. But it was expensive for what the hotel offered.

The localization was good for me (near the conference place and metro station).
Breakfast was french (croissants, juice and coffee). Water was cold or only luke warm.

Good location and room is ok
There were moths in the room a lot of them, they live in the walls and I had some sweaters from the trip I had before and some moths got into them. It would have been a great place if they solve the moth problem (which they had in this room at least)

The staff aren’t reply my last email. it is not a good gesture from the beginning, it’s difficult to communicate from far away.
