The room was very clean, the location was perfect, near coffee, restaurants, and stores. the staff is very friendly and helps you for everything.

주차장이 있어 이용에 편리했어요. 광장, 시계탑까지 도보 가능합니다. 오래된 느낌이지만 숙박은 편안했고 직원분들이 정말 친절했습니다.

Since we arrived at the Hotel everything was excellent, the treatment at the reception, the instructions to get to the room, the room was ready upon our arrival, it was clean, with the ideal temperature and even though we were three adults the room was big enough for the three of us. The beds, both the sofa bed and the regular bed were very good, and the proximity to the center was also excellent. It can be said that the price is nothing with the quality of the hotel it is.

The second elevator that we need to take to arrive to our room sometimes moves a little down when we enter to use it, and that scare a little.

Nice place, apartman, staff is very gentle and kind, every recommendation for this hotel. We came with dog and he got a blanket, plate for food and also got a candy. 🤗🥰 Best regards, family from Croatia.

We booked and paid for a suite for two nights, but they gave us a plain room the first night. They didnt refund us!

Great location

Very basic. There was no internet all morning which was very inconvenient for us (always work early mornings while we are away) . Breakfast also wasn’t great compare to other Austrian hotels. All the vegetables looked very tired , like they’ve been out a few mornings. Bacon wasn’t pleasant at all. The morning staff weren’t the most helpful or kindest either. Next time in Graz we’ll look for alternative accommodation.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and good size. Good location.

Our room was facing the street and it was noisy even with the windows closed. Bathroom in the room was new and clean, however it had a glass wall with sliding doors which could not be closed entirely on purpose (probably to avoid breaking the glass).
