Location, not that close to the old center but still walking distance and very friendly staff.

I mean, we are in Italy here. Simple food, but the breakfast here was just sad to see and eat. Pool open schedule a bit wired, but could be the time of year. I think closing time was 6pm. And overall lack of investment in the hotel. Everything old and madly maintained.

Proximity to water and town. Rooms clean. Breakfast ok.

Was advertised as 4 star. No way. Very basic accomodations. Beach was non existant. WE walked along water and joined a beach club for a couple days. Check out was with a person who did not speak a word of English.

Near the Sea, a nice pool, spacefull rooms, helpfull staff, good breakefast.

The private parking of the hotel is not big enough for so many rooms, especially because the distance to the city Cefalù is to far when the temperature is above 30 degrees, the parking on the street is expensive.

Great location within walking distance of the old town, great views and very clean. Great breakfast. Very nice swimming pool and great beach access. Easy access from the autostrada. Easy train trip to Palermo for a day trip.

Pool and location great. Breakfast did not start until 0730 and we had to leave before. Packed us a bagged breakfast which was not great. I booked it so we could have breakfast but could not find anywhere on the site what time it began.

all staff were very helpful and friendly,hotel very clean,breakfast and lunch were good…a lovely walk into cefalu along the promenade 15/20 mins lovely pool and beach across the road.

bathrooms dirty, with smelly drains, the breakfast is poor quality you can tell nothing is fresh, dirty cups and plates.

Staff are very kind, especially Julia. She was very kind with our requests. With a pleasant face, a polite and kind approach. Location was great that it is next to the center, therefore it is not loud at night. The room is minimal and had the basic needs we wanted. We enjoyed the pool a lot, clean bathrooms and space around the pool with sun beds and sun umbrellas. Nice private beach for hotel guests.

Dusty room floor. Breakfast had few options, very basic. Reception took our car plate number for parking but did not mention we had to pay 10 euros a day. Fridge didn't work properly on our first day, we asked the staff and they sent someone to check it, and by our 3rd day (check out) it was finally cold.

The hotel are perfect for us , next in the beach and has a very beautiful swimming pool. The young receptionist and all the staff is very helpful and friendly .. the hotel is A bit far from the center of cefalu , it took us us 20 minutes by walk. Overall the room is spacious and nice , but there’s a weird smell coming from the bathroom.. the breakfast is buffet which has a very nice variety of food. Overall we had a very nice stayed in Hotel tourist.

Nice hotel, great air con (important as it was so hot!).

A bit too far from the centre of Cefalu, the walk into town was a bit unbearable during sunny hours. Good pool for jumping in to cool down, but not really a pool area that you want to hang around in all day.
