The staff at this resort was so lovely we were greeted by lovely receptionist who was so welcoming. She even asked what type of room we wanted. If it would be able to have one on the ground floor or the top floor. She was so accommodating and helpful the breakfast staff were so lovely as well. Such a lovely staff in wanting to make anything better for you.

The only issue regarding card payment as a hotel. It will just be a little bit more easier for international tourists. If they were able to pay with a card in the restaurant it’s not a big issue because you can always pay at the reception later so that’s the only thing that could improve.

Location is perfect, especially for small kids

Not good value for money no tissues or toothbrush small towels. No privacy had to close curtain so people walking past room could not see into room very small pool no wear to hang bathers outside to drain.

The staff was not very good at English. The Beach is not the best, very shallow muddy Water, betyder Beach 1 km towards Chaweng Noi

Fantastic location, friendly staff.

Great location, quiet but only a 10 minute walk from all of the nightlife. The room is a nice size, comfy bed and good sized bathroom. The bar and restaurant were very nice with very good happy hour offers(2 beers or smoothies for 120 baht). Lots of room for two people. Villas are fully detached and have a nice outside seating area.

The water was either very hot or cold, water pressure was not good either. The supplied shower gel and shampoo were in tiny containers. Breakfast was nice but stopped at 10 am, an extra hour here would be a great addition.

The breakfast was good, I liked being waited on and the staff were very attentive to our needs.

The only thing I didn't like was that the complex was very quiet there wasn't much going on within the hotel.

The villa is very comfortable and privet, excellent location just a short walk from Chaweng street, the beach is very close and also have nice pool for chill out in hot weather.

Absolutely nothing hotel stuff was extremely rude.

I’ve never been to a hotel which was so dirty in my life, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Save your money and book elsewhere as there are many hotels in the same area. The reception staff was very rude, aswel as the restaurant staff who would get angry and uncooperative if I ordered any room service. I stayed in the beach front villa and honestly can say this was the worse hotel I’ve stayed in my life. I’m absolutely shocked with the service I received and very disappointed. The reception staff were so rude to me and my wife we actually had to cut our holiday short and leave. AVOID WITH ALL COSTS !

Great location.

We upgraded to a beach front which was over 300 a night but when we arrived they took us to another room which was not beach front. We were going to ask for a refund and we also had a booking.com confirmation to prove it was beach front. They finally gave us the villa we were meant to get but shouldn’t have had to put up a fight for it. Not good enough.

Great location, very nice resturant, right on the beach, super helpful nice staff, lovely gardens, not a hair out of order.

The hotel location on the beach is fantastic. It is literally a few steps to the most picture perfect white sand beach. The staff in the main were very helpful.

The hotel - in it's literature - stated one price for transfers to the airport, then charged another. Leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. The hotel manager offered to help locating restaurants to eat in, yet never came back with anything. I would have thought that they would have such a listing for guests to peruse, especially as they don't make much use fo their own facilities for evening meals etc..

The hotel has direct access to the beach and provides sunbeds and beach towels. The restaurant and the pool area music had healthy volume and nice, sometimes retro, music. The breakfast was a buffet. The room cleaning had been done daily; new towels and two bottles of water had been provided daily too. The staff was very kind and service minded. I had got a possibility for a late checkout for a small additional fee. The hotel is located a little to the side, within 10 minutes walking distance to the central Samui with nightlife and shopping.

Newly renovated rooms where everything was working fine. Located on the best part of the beach with sunbeds placed on the beach Quiet location, not disturbed by the noise in the city center, but still close to the center Happy hour in the bar from 2-4PM

Could be more variation on the breakfast options No fitness room No billiard table or other options for games The beach in front of the hotel is cleaned every day, but the sea and sea bottom has a lot of plastic waste.
