I was travelling with my adult grandson. The roon ZS1 was perfect for our stay in Zagreb. Ideal location for most of the things we came to see. There were 2 single beds, kettle, fridge and a private bathroom. Access was a key code, which was ideal as we arrived at 2.00 am. Very happy with the WhatsApp communication with the team.

AC only in living room. Need to keep bedroom doors open. No curtains in living room so you wake up at 5 am. Very inflexible check in. Appartment hard to find and parking is difficult. Everything was old.

Extremelly nice and helpful personnel, the apartament was clean and located right in the hearts of the city. 10/10

The apartment was very nice, clean and large enough space for our family. It was also in the perfect location, so close to the Trg, the cathedral, Dolac markets and Sv. Marko! All the sights we wanted to visit.

The only downside was the parking. While it was eventually sorted out, there was issues with our spots, despite requesting and paying for the parking. After travelling a long way (from Australia), we just wanted to settle into our apartment.

Great location, only a couple of mins walk to the main square. Very central to explore both upper and lower town. Great Croatian tapas place across the road and bakery down the street. Self check in meant we could arrive quite late after our flight with no issues and instructions were clear to gain access. Good communication from staff through WhatsApp.

When entering the room late at night for the first time, we found out the main light wasn’t working so had no light. Luckily there are a few lamps around the room we could use. We communicated this to the staff through WhatsApp for our 2 night stay but nothing was done about it. As others have mentioned, walls are very thin so you can head your neighbours. Room is very small and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Although location was great, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Smell from sewers is felt in bathroom. Improve wobbly key lock on main door to feel more secure.

The bathroom was not clean with stains on the walls and black mold in shower. But the worst is the smell of sewer in the bathroom!! so disgusting and strong we did not shower because the smell was that bad.

The location is good and nearby the city center, the beds are comfortable. The staff was very helpful and they responded in proper time manner because we experienced very unpleasant situations regarding the electricity in the apartment.

I have booked apartment Studio ZP6 and I didn't receive any further details about touristic regulations/form that it's stated that should be provided a week in advance. It was provided 18h hours before my travel on my insist via email. Also, there was a major issue with the electricity in the entire apartment. Very first morning of our stay, we didn't have an electricity in the entire apartment for half of the day. Also the same night the main electricity switch went out in middle of the night at 4am while we were sleeping, which woke us up and we were frightened . At the morning we had manually to bring back the electricity switches 2 times just to have electricity in the apartment and take a shower. It was very unpleasant stay in terms of safety and electricity in the apartment and this caused huge inconvenience for us. The apartment definitely has serious issues with the electricity and the electrical installation 😐 These issues were shared with the hotel and they said that they will make an investigation and fix the issue, so hopefully they will procced with deep and proper investigation on the electricity and fix the problem as soon as possible, because the issues with the electricity were unbearable, and the safety of their guests should be always their top priority.

Lovely spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen and underfloor heating which was great as the first winter chills arrived. Fantastic location, literally 2 minutes from central square and sites. Mini-grocery store just three doors away. A couple of issues with wrong PIN number to access the key, unable to locate light switch in lobby and confusion over which of the two elevators to use, barrier to carpark closed before I could drive through. Matea was extremely helpful and patient. As these were mainly property issues rather than with the apartment, I trust that they have been able to get the building manager to fix these little problems. I would definitely stay here again.

It is in the Center of the Zagreb, a few minutes away from all main streets. It is really clean, comfortable and calm.

The radiators were cold and the AC didn’t have the best heating option. We were in the apartment only AT evening and it was colder than it should be.

Pictures looks very new but actual is pretty old. We stayed in ZJ1+ZJ1, 2 toilets but only 1 bathroom.

Constant noise in the building both day and night. I'm not sure if it was coming from a generator or a heat pump, but it was so noisy that we could hardly even sleep at night. And in the morning, around 7 o'clock, additional noise would start from the neighboring building where the renovation is in progress. The furniture is quite worn out. The bed creaks with minimal movement. The staff weren’t so helpful. On my request to book us a taxi to the Airport (as we had an early flight, we needed taxi around 5.30am and I was afraid how will find taxi that early at the street) the staff couldn’t do any effort about it telling that they don’t do taxi reservations. Even though they send me a link where I could do it myself for 3 times higher price from the regular cost of that ride. Overall, not worth of my recommendation.

As soon as I entered the room, I saw long hairs on the bed sheets, on the pillow, on the floor, on the table and on the sink. An used tissue was in the closet. A very dirty decorative pillow with stains was on the bed. The room smelled really bad. The apartment has not been vacuumed or cleaned. It was impossible to stay in the room because of the dirt and cold air was coming from outside through the old window. On day 2, I looked for other accommodation in Zagreb because it was impossible to stay in an Irundo apartment that did not provide basic conditions for stay! Irundo customer service said that the management would contact me. I still have not received any response from Irundo management nor their customer service! They refused to answer the phone. Absolutely nothing like the pictures! I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Shocked and horrified. Please stay away.
