The location of the apartment was exceptional, and the host (Sandro) was so kind and helpful and professional, he makes feel at home.

Very helpful and pleasant hosts. The rooms where very clean and suitable for a family. Kitchen open all day, not only for breakfast, you could have a coffee or grab something to eat. Very close to Vatican and many cafes/restaurants nearby.

Need some time to reach the center of the town, a bit difficult with kids but there is a bus stop nearby.

The location was great, a close walk to the Vatican & not far to the city centre. Staff were lovely, meeting my partner & I at the bottom of the stairs, informing us of where to see / which buses to catch & providing a city map. The room had all the facilities for a comfortable stay & communication was easy & prompt with staff. I would stay again next time in Rome!

The place is nice, clean, comfortable. You can walk to Vatican and reach it in 10 minutes. There are a lot of markets, restaurants and cafes around. The host was really nice and helpful.

Fantastic approach from the owner Sandro. Welcomed us and all explained. Hotel is very clean, modern and in great location - 15 min walk to Vatican. I frankly recommed.

Very friendly host. The location is 10-15 min walk from Vatican square. The breakfast was exactly as described. There is a supermarket next to the building and some pasticerias/pastry shop, also pizza, of course.

We loved the apartment. Our party was 7 and it was perfect with a bathroom in each room. Loved the layout and the breakfast/kitchen with the balcony. We will definitely return if we come back to Rome. Loved the area and the coffee bar and Carrefour store right next door. You can see the Vatican from the street and it is a short walk. We loved the local people we met. They allowed us to store our luggage before and after check-in/out. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

this was my second time in this accommodation, everything was great

Very good location with bus stop within 100m, free parking on the street. Very friendly welcome from Massimo. Fridge full of goodies and beer- this was offered instead of breakfast and it worked fine for me.

The entry gate was slaming quite noisly.

Host was extremely friendly and very generous! Gave us plenty of food and drinks for breakfast and lots of clean towels and blankets. Also gave recommendations of places to see in Rome!

Walking distance to the Vatican and nice restaurants. Very clean and staff was very helpful.
