Beautiful big house with everything we needed for our stay.

The shower was a bit too hot and we couldn't work out how to alter the temperature.

The property was very clean, very well presented, lovely decor and had everything we needed.

There was nothing negative to say about our stay.

My family and I enjoyed a short stay at this property over Father's Day weekend and had a lovely time. The property was amazing.. the quality was just the same as in the photos. Everywhere was so clean, tidy and in great condition. The bedrooms were really comfortable, the communal areas were large and spacious and the balcony was great for meal times. We wanted to use the BBQ but couldn't find any tools to use so I sent a message and got an instant reply back that the owner would buy us some... Within the hour they had been delivered. This was on a Sunday morning (father's Day) so we were absolutely amazed at the fantastic service. The view from the house over the water was wonderful.. made even better by a piece of piece of history on the water's edge. The location was perfect to drive into Lowestoft and walk into the little nearby village for food and a boat trip. Thank you so much - this is a beautiful property and we would definitely recommend it and return.

it was perfect. the views were amazing and was easy to walk to amenities. thank you so much for the Xmas tree and decorations. we actually took a tree with us but wasn’t needed.

The rooms and lounge were spacious and very clean, the beds were big and comfortable, washing machine and dryer very handy. We are going to be booking it constantly
