Great location. Delicious breakfasts. And the Duty Manager,Pandy, was very friendly & attentive. He ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible.

Very peaceful location, beautiful setting - good to be out of the hustle and bustle of Rotorua. Breakfast was excellent and beautifully cooked. The service was attentive and friendly throughout.

The swimming pool was cold and univiting. There was no bar or restuarant for evening food.

bathroom was divided into 3, sink in the bedroom, shower only separated by glass door from bedroom with very poor drain system, toilet was small and completely separated from the bedroom

just one small thing was the walls are quite thin and at times we could hear guests in adjoining rooms, but overall this didn’t change the fact that we loved this hotel.

Breakfast was adequate. Nice host. Beautiful grounds on lakeside made for an enjoyable stay. A wee hideaway for a special occasion.

Cold room when we arrived. Heatpump wasn't giving out enough heat. My husband discovered heatpump filter was extremely dirty, so cleaned them in bathroom basin which made a huge difference. Disappointing.

Beautifully, peaceful boutique hotel. Kym was very welcoming from the moment we parked our car. She was accomodating, polite, hard working and made us feel right at home. Photos do not do it justice.

Car parking is a little tricky with an oversized car, especially with a full house, but no big deal.

Kim is an asset to the property. Breakfast was great.

unfortunately the restaurant and bar was not open in the evening.

The hotel manager was amazing and friendly and actually showed us around the place. Breakfast was so delicious and you get treated so well. Actually had the best jacuzzi I ever tried. Very homey hotel specially the main building.

Located on a glorious Lake set in beautiful gardens. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Our room was so cosy wand comfortable. I cannot fault this lovely Boutique Hotel.

Beautiful property in great location

We really enjoyed the view of the lake and our room was lovely, having its own fireplace and lake view. We also found the manager Kym most helpful. She made us feel at home, gave recommendations of things to do and made an amazing breakfast that my husband loved. We were the only guests and it was my husbands 50th -Kym treated us so well.

The heating in the lobby was too hot. The manager Kym had the day off and when she wasn’t there the music in the lobby played all night and the level of service dropped.

I love the service very much. Duty Manager, Kym, is very helpful all time She rang me before and tell us the room we booked were under renovation so she moved us to a better room with more space and facilities. Then, we have been told the chef was away so she will need to cook breakfast for guests. Guess what, turn out the breakfast was tasted very good..

There is no USB PORT in the room luckily I got 1 charger with me, so we can share it between 3 devices.

Facilities etc were really great, location superb.

The location is beautiful, amazing view of the lake, with really good food and outstanding service. The privacy and beauty of the place exceed my expectations. Kym the hotel manager was wonderful
