Das Frühstück war gut und die Lage perfekt für die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Altstadt war um die Ecke und die Metro Haltestelle auch.
Die Zimmer sind hinter einer anderen Tür im Gang!
Dieses wurde uns nicht erwähnt, musste das Zimmer suchen.

Super friendly staff, exceptional location (close to the Vatican museums, good ice cream and restaurants, very good access to metro and bus). Kids appreciated very much the terrace (the parents too!).

Location and young man who greeted us.
Size of the room. I was expecting a grad European hotel from when I booked and I felt more like I was in a European Pensione. It was adequate, but not what I was expecting.

The location was perfect - within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants/bars, main tourist attractions, ie. Old Town, Notre Dame, squares, fountains, outstanding Saturday/Sunday Market on the river; easy access to transportation. Good breakfast. The staff was AMAZING! They went above and beyond expectations to make sure our stay was great. They truly provided very impressive customer service! Celestins is lucky to have them as employees.

The small sofa in the room had some huge stains that made it unappealing to use it

Room miserably crowded and small. Staircase and entrance gloomy and awkward. Reception area poorly furnished.

it has a very warm set up, suitable for family with kids. the staff were really helpful, kind and welcoming. the room is really comfortable. The hotel room has lots of character. ☺️ the hotel is also located very close to town and easy access to great restaurants nearby. will definitely stay here again in our next visit.

Location is perfect next to the Célestin Theater, a short bridge walk for the old town and 2 blocks from the commercial streets.
Staff is super helpful and made an excellent recommendation and reservation for us in a great restaurant
Accommodation was spacious, quiet, authentic with a great view.
what’s good as well is the Célestin Parking just around the block.

Room was great, clean and tidy. Parking close and easy.
We declined breakfast (as we usually bring our own on long trips) and this displeased the receptionist. He was quite rude after that and said 'we need to work, lucky you didn't bring your own beds'. Never had the reaction before! Strange
