Best value for money in Leblon. Safe and fantastic location. 24 hour supermarket in the corner. Cafes and restaurants everywhere. Five minute walk to the metro. Two blocks from beach. Small balcony with views of mountains and the Christ statue.

The appliances are old but they work. No washing machine for clothes but there are full service and self service laundromats nearby.

Estaba súper bien ubicado, a dos minutos de la playa y debajo un montón de sitios para desayunar, comer etc... la.zona súper segura y el personal de recepción súper.amable así como Sergio. El apartamento estaba limpio y todo muy correcto.

Sauna could stay longer in the night. It was closed by 20:00.

The location was great. The building concierge is very friendly.

There was a construction going on in the building and unfortunately, there were construction workers INSIDE the apartment. The whole balcony area was impossible to access because of these workers that would wake us up every day with the loud banging of hammers and drills. Besides the noise, it was very embarrassing because it was two strangers inside our travel routine. We couldn't feel safe inside the space, and we couldn't feel free to wear whatever we wanted, it was a very awkward situation and this is the kind of thing that should be told before people sign up for it. Nevertheless, even after checking in and talking to the owner about it, they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to compensate us for this awful experience. It was very disappointing and frustrating.
