We stayed one night here, and has a beautiful local beach just below it. The room wasn’t ready until 3 so we chilled at the beach. The host seemed a little blunt and direct, but provided us with information and left us to it. It was a little walk to Hvar centre which was fine, about 20 mins. The apartment covered all of our needs- it was rather dated but for the price was fine. In the morning it felt a little rushed and ‘get out of here’ vibe, which I think is just the way the host is but overall provided the basic ‘pit stop’ we needed

Cosy apartment with all you need. Host was super helpful with information about the area. Lounge area was spacious and really nice to relax in. Well-equipped kitchen. A short walk from the harbour and beach.

Just be aware that the apartment door is an open metal grid, as is the door of the apartment next door - I.e. not at all soundproof. There were a group of people partying in the apartment next door and we could hear every single thing at 2am (despite asking 4 times for them to be quiet), meaning we were awake for about 2 hours in the night. Not the host's fault but be aware that if you like a quiet night, this might not be the place for you, depending on who is staying in the other apartment...

It was not evident from the listing that part of the living area was in fact an enclosed patio, or that the adjacent outdoor patio area was a common area.

Maki was such a kind host and went above and beyond to make our experience in Hvar out of this world. He accommodated all of our needs, had the best recommendations and was available whenever we had questions.

Location: you need to talk quite uphill to reach the apartment. Apartment: Small water tank - not enough hot water for 4 girls to shower. Payment: Have to pay in Cash

Maki is a great host. He helped us with everything, gave us some tips for Hvar and welcomed us very warmly. The studio is beautiful with an amazing balcony. I really enjoyed my stay there.

It was a very easy stay for us. Maki was an exceptional host and gave us good pointers on where to go and what to see. It was very close to one of the popular beaches, which was great. Amazing view from the balcony too.

It was a little bit further from the main town area and port than expected, which made the walk back up the hill quite tough when it was hot.

Great Views!! The apartment was clean and modern. Maki was very helpful in arranging a boat for us to visit the different island. Definitely recommended!!

The property was impeccably clean and nicely appointed. It was a short walk down to town with beautiful views on the way. The owner Maki, was extremely nice and such a friendly owner. He made so many great suggestions and even drove me down to the port with my bags upon checkout. I would most definitely recommend to anyone.
