The young lady at Reception was also the housekeeper and waitress and tried to cope with the many problems with a pleasant smile and willingness.

There were no other guests so the bar and restaurant were closed. The bed sheet was ripped - but changed after we brought this to the attention of Reception. The remote control for the A/C needed new batteries but none were available. The wiring for the bedside lamp was a H&S hazard! The pool was a deep shade of green - the pool man was supposed to be coming to sort it out but never appeared.

The Gym is very handy, the staff very helpful.

Nothing much. A little far from shops and restaurants but plenty of TukTuks to get you there.

No shower curtain, old towels, disgusting tissue.

The place is excellent and value for money, Although we were a few visitors there during the high season. it looked like the hotel had reopened or something, just wondered why.

Better preparedness to receive visitors. The breakfast wasn't very good.

Location was a bit isolated, restautant was poor and noother choices around. Breakfast was one of the worst ever in a resort.

Breakfast, non-existent restaurant (wanted to have a beer, I gave money and the staff - staff was BTW ok - went to buy ) Pool was bad, and I mean really bad, couldn't see the floor at all. Pump didn't during these 5 days. Breakfast coffee was Nescafe, no toaster, nothing to be ordered if I wanted.

Quiet place with good staff

It was a clean little hidden gem. A/C works, fridge in the room which is great, bed was fine. We would stay here again!

the bathroom sink and shower had very low pressure water coming out, like just a sprinkle of water to shower with.

The rooms were spacious, well lit, well kept and air conditioned
