Very near bus station, DFA and Jollibee (breakfast ). I missed at first the water dispenser but i noticed it while checking out.😀
No notification inside the room that drinking water in the hallway

the Bed is very much comfortable, I slept like a baby.
the toilet room, it smells more like a hospital to be honest, and pls do put a functioning fan that get rid of the smell. idk why it smells like that but the toilet room is clean….

The bedroom smells rust, the toilets smells awful had to spray perfume, then the laundry; i sent new white shirts to laundry, the laundry people were not careful mixing a colored shirt to white shirts and we had them washes as they were to be used for a funeral.

There was no slippers in the bathroom/toilet. No rug that makes the floor a bit slippery especially if you're from the shower.

connected to the mall thats the only thing we like. And Staff is very kind and polite.
Stayed there for 2 nights. Room accomodations is not that good. Comfort room is untidy. Even the toilet bowl is a bit messy. Please tell your room attendant to use muriatic acid for bowl cleaning. Yes its a way cheaper than the other hotels in butuan, but please give attention to your bathroom. Yung ceiling ng cr napakadumi. Tapos yung shower area yung mga sides nya parang nilulumot na. Maybe that is our first and last stay with this hotel. Please note: all photos attached is from the bathroom

average hotel attached to shopping centre price is cheap enough but it’s all it was worth
wasn’t very clean to be honest but it was somewhere to stay
