LA CASA: Questa casa è stata recentemente completata 2018 con ogni comfort moderno e comfort per la vita di vacanza. Soffitti a volta nella grande sala, cucina dello chef con due lavandini, aria condizionata, internet ad alta velocità, griglia a gas Weber, persino un frigorifero per vino! La casa vanta due camere familiari separate con SmartTV a grande schermo per la visione di film al piano superiore e il relax al piano superiore - ampio ponte che domina l'intera baia di Ipswich. La casa è completamente alimentata da pannelli SOLAR (con backup sulla rete elettrica).
Al piano superiore ha due camere da letto: master suite, letto king size, con bagno completo e cabina armadio. Piccola camera da letto o ufficio, divano letto con rotelle, dall'altra parte del corridoio da mezzo bagno e lavanderia. La grande sala comprende la cucina, l'isola, la zona pranzo e uno spazio abitativo con area giochi e SmartTV con Comcast Xfinity e accesso ai servizi di streaming Hulu / Netflix / Amazon ... Il tutto con ampie viste a 180 gradi sulla baia (un po 'limitato dagli alberi nella mesi estivi).
Al piano inferiore ha due camere da letto: una seconda master suite, letto matrimoniale, con bagno completo e cabina armadio. Seconda camera da letto "Bunk Room" ha due letti a castello (entrambi gemelli su materassi full size!), cabina armadio e bagno completo con vasca per fare il bagno ai bambini. La camera familiare al piano di sotto ha anche una zona soggiorno con 55 "SmartTV a schermo piatto con lo stesso accesso come al piano di sopra. Pack & Play, giocattoli e giochi sono disponibili anche sul sito.
ESTERNO: La camera da letto al piano superiore e la camera da letto principale al piano superiore hanno una vista mozzafiato sull'acqua; gli alberi minimi ostruiscono, ma forniscono ombra confortevole per il relax e il divertimento estivo.
A 50 metri di distanza ci sono due spiagge completamente private, tranquille, che sono condivise con la tenuta. Uno è sabbia bianca e soffice (per l'alta marea), uno è espanso con sabbia soffice e grigia (per la bassa marea). Due campi da tennis sono condivisi con la tenuta e disponibili per l'uso, così come un parco giochi per bambini completo con scivoli, altalene e ombra per indossare i più piccoli!
Un posto eccezionale per famiglie (specialmente bambini piccoli) che vogliono allontanarsi dal trambusto della folla, per kayak / paddle board privati nella fresca Ipswich Bay! Porta con te le tue attrezzature sportive (Ipswich Bay è favolosa per gli sport acquatici) - forse potresti persino pescare. 2 adulti stand up paddle board, 1 kayak di medie dimensioni e 2 kayak per bambini sono disponibili per l'uso in casa. We came in for the marathon and wanted to stay closer to the water and away from the city to try something different. This house was absolutely perfect for a family. With 4 bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need, and a view of the Ocean you couldn't ask for anything better. The host Meakin was extremely accessible and answered all of our questions.

Great house; great location. Our week-long stay to visit family over Christmas was almost perfect. We are particular about the properties we select and this home did not disappoint.
The location was convenient with a lovely view. We especially enjoyed taking walks throughout the property and along the shoreline. The home was spacious and had a great layout. It was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing. Beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. We look forward to staying again in the future!

We rented this property for our family for our son's wedding. You have a view of the water and the sunlight streams in. It is absolutely beautiful. There is a large outdoor deck, perfect for the outside living we love. The space was perfect for our two families plus my mom. We didn't get a chance to use all the extras (kayaks, tennis courts, etc.), but we would love to come back sometime and do so. Meakin was very responsive to the few requests we had. We definitely recommend this beautiful spot!

We were so happy to find this property for 7 of us to stay in while visiting Gloucester for a wedding! The view of Ipswich Bay from the great room was fantastic, and we loved the open floor plan for the kitchen/dining/great room so we could all hang out together. The 3 full bathrooms were excellent and much needed for 7 adults to get ready to attend a wedding. Highly recommended for those visiting Gloucester, MA in the future!

Great house for anyone looking for easy beach access, gorgeous sunset views. Comfortable outdoor porch, great for relaxing and outdoor meals. Kayaks and water toys were a big hit with our kids and very easy to launch from the private beach. Thanks to the host for sharing this family property.

Haze Gray was a perfect house for our family of active adults and small children. The private beach is less than a 5 min walk with small waves and great sand castle- building space. Lovely walking paths nearby with magnificent views. Sunset views from the deck were a treat. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, the kitchen well appointed with all tools for cooking and grilling. Loved it!

The house was exactly what our family needed. I went on this trip with my two young children and husband and we had the most amazing experience. The house is beautiful and easily sleeps a family with little ones. The views are spectacular and we had the best time exploring the outdoors with the kayaks. My family and I had an absolutely wonderful week at this property. The host was gracious and responsive, answering all of my questions so quickly. The location is beautiful, and there is even a playground/swingset close by, which our toddler grandchild loved!

Haze Gray is a spacious and well appointed home. We were a party of 8 and had ample room. Evenings were spent enjoying the gorgeous sunsets and listening to the bull frogs from the fresh water pond.
Our older boys were thrilled to have bunk beds and there were two pack and plays and a high chair seat that were very handy to have with our youngest. We loved taking the kayaks out and exploring the two private beaches that were just yards from the house.
This was a perfect retreat for our family. Thank you for sharing Haze Gray! We hope to return next year!

We spent 16 nights in December at this wonderful property. The layout and functionality are ideal for larger groups. We were celebrating our first grandson with extended family members from NC, AZ and Scotland and this home was the perfect spot. Plenty of room to be together or get away on your own. Little things like the heating system and hot water ran perfectly. Kitchen had all the appliances/dish & drink wear needed and was very functional. Location in Gloucester MA also a big plus! We highly recommend this property.

We rented for the week with our friends. The check in/out process was seemless. The house is well appointed and laid out nicely. The views were breathtaking from all rooms in the house as well as the porch. We spent mornings and evenings on the porch. Next time we will use the paddle boards on the water.

We rented this house for 2 weeks and would stay for 2 more if we could! The house is only a couple of years old, very pretty and comfortable and just like the photos. We sat on the deck watching the view (and stunning sunsets!), having drinks and barbecues, and went to the beach every day, and explored the coastline in kayaks. Everything is convenient, so anyone in our group could go to the beach without having to coordinate with others, able to come back to the house to get a snack, etc. We have rented many houses over the years, and this is the first one I really want to come back to!

We had plenty of room for two couples and one in-law. With two master suites there was sufficient privacy and bathrooms for all including the 1/2 bath just off the main living area so even guests, if any, could be accommodated.

We loved our stay here. It was a long weekend in-state getaway on a very warm weekend to celebrate my husband's retirement. Some in our small group did remote work with the water and sunset as a backdrop. Although we've lived in MA for decades we've never explored this area in depth. We loved everything about it. The house was clean and comfortable and new. The kitchen was very large. The beds were comfortable. The views, spectacular. The check-in process and communication with the owner was simple and prompt. It was the perfect pandemic trip for us. We highly recommend this house. We loved climbing on the rocks and exploring the property. We had a picnic lunch down by the water. We loved exploring Halibut Point SP just minutes down the road. We went to Gloucester and Coolidge Reservation. Spent a day at the Wildlife Refuge on Plum Island. Just so much to do on the property and nearby.

Just a fantastic house, great views, well equipped with a great owner. Loved taking the kids to the beach and exploring the whole area. There’s a perfect sledding hill next to the house in winter. Every detail is well thought out, Internet was fast as heck, beds super comfy, showers robust. Even the stroll to the dumpster felt special - seriously. Hope we are able to come back at some point!

Beautiful home, fantastic stay. Location was perfect - easy access to beautiful water, fun rocks to climb and explore, and to many interesting local sights. We stayed in winter, and even in winter and the pandemic, we enjoyed beautiful hiking, outside historic trails, exploring outside in local towns etc. Home was gorgeous, cozy, lots of light, well outfitted. Owner very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would stay there again for sure.

Just what we needed after months of isolating at home! Very private/safe area in terms of social distancing. The two cove beaches never had more than one other family on them the entire time we were there. Lots of rocks to climb on, which kept our toddlers busy! House was spotless and fit all of our needs. So close to the surrounding areas in which we wanted to explore. All in all a fantastic hidden treasure. We will be back!
