This is the cutest little cottage...tucked in off the street. Very tropical florida with sea grapes and plantings. Separate patio out front felt very private. Everything i needed was in place...including a welcome bottle of wine...such a thoughtful touch. .My yorkie felt right at home. I was so delighted to find a home away from home that was so cozy and right in the close in area of Flagler Beach

Loved the location- very close to the ocean. Cozy, comfortable, clean. Loved the private patio and all the beautiful vegetation. Quiet and private area but close to restaurants and pubs.

This was our third stay here. Needless to say, we love it. It's a great property and location. The host is very good at communicating with you and the rate is always reasonable. Everything you need for a great stay!

I really did not like the window air conditioners. They kept the place cool but are really noisy. The air was blowing in my face when I was trying to sleep. I would stay again,just not this unit. I was down for business and had little time for fun activities. The location is ideal.

If you want to be in the middle of everything Flagler has to offer, this is it! Walking distance to restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, shopping, and the beach! Loved the private patio that was surrounded by landscaping and greenery. Andres was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend the Sea Grape in Flagler Beach!

We enjoyed ourselves last year and decided to do it again this year.
The bungalow is so cute and so nicely appointed. The patio is surrounded by palms and sea grapes so you can sit outside and not worry about the people walking by.
Already looking forward to next year.

The Sea Grape cottage is a rustic cottage nestled in with a few other cottages, surrounded by lush tropical plants. When we arrived, we found a bottle of Spanish wine and a corkscrew waiting for us on the table! It was much appreciated after a long drive from Indiana! The cottage was clean and comfy, and was furnished with everything we needed. Our bed was clean and comfortable.
Outside is a large semi-private patio of pavers, and a table with umbrella. The foilage gives you the feeling that you are in a hideaway! We enjoyed steaks on the grill and lots of drinks!
The beach is about one minute away, and it is just perfect.
The nice thing about Flagler is that there are no condos on the beach side of the road, and most businesses in town are not national chains! Flagler is very laid back, it is truly Old Florida.
Andr'es, our host, is very friendly and helpful, and he is truly concerned that his guests are enjoying their stay.
We would stay at the Sea Grape anytime! Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay the is past week. It was clean and we had everything we needed. No washer and dryer but they have a laundromat a few blocks away, which we have used several times over the years. The home was located very conveniently and we didnt have to worry about finding a place to park at the beach or when going out to eat. We walked mainly everywhere we went in town. We had a little porch outside that was fairly private and enjoyed sitting outside. The owner, Andres was there and spoke with us which was nice. Also, we received a few texts from him throughout our stay as well giving us his number if we needed anything. A few years back, we had some issues with another place in flagler and we had so many problems trying to get ahold of the owner, so this was super nice. Just a few things that were not negative, but just fyi: the shower is super small….it was hard to even bend down to shave my legs. My hubby felt like the green giant in that shower. Ha! And we would have loved a gas grill, although a charcoal grill was available (just a personal preference) Overall, we would definitely rent this little place again.

We enjoyed our stay here and would come back. The interior rooms are a bit compact, but there is a nice patio outside to relax at. Very close to "downtown" Flagler and the beach. Had a problem with the ac unit in the living room and the maintenance person was fixing it within one-half an hour after the phone call.

Although the weather wasn't great in mid-December, my senior dog and I had a restful retreat at Sea Grape cottage. The atmosphere is cozy, not luxurious and the lovely patio, surrounded by native sea grapes and other tropical plants provided quiet, privacy and a sense of calm while still being right in town. I could walk to restaurants/shops/spas and of course the beach in just a few minutes. The only time I drove was to take the 45 minute trip to St. Augustine. Flagler is a friendly, welcoming community with everything you need for a beach trip. The cottage was clean, well equipped and had plenty of space for the two of us, and in my case, the space heaters were appreciated at night. I look forward to returning and definitely recommend the cottage.

If you are looking for a beach side rental, without the extra traffic. This is your spot to go. Literally a 2-3 min walk to the beach and about 4 minutes to the pier. Tons of Shops, restaurants within short walking distance. Our family will definitely return in the near future. This location has some tourists but it’s mostly locals. I highly recommend casa plaza for your vacation stays. We met our awesome neighbors and we all just jived so well. Locals are super kind and informative. Much love Flagler beach, until next time. After reading the stellar reviews, we decided to stay at the Sea Grape cottage. The host, André, was the best and so attentive! He quickly responded with a welcome message and info about our stay. On the day of our arrival, he texted me to enjoy my stay and gave me his cell just in case we needed him. Once we arrived, we had a welcome sign, welcome packet, and a wine bottle with two glasses waiting on us! The cozy and immaculate cottage was perfect and accommodating for the two of us and our pups. The beautifully lush garden of trees and shrubs made us feel like we were in a tropical place. The patio was a nice place to relax in the evenings. We were able to walk everywhere within places within a short distance from our cottage- (beach, pier, coffee, dining establishments, stores, nail salon, and local shops) . They also had a wonderful donut shop and delicious lunch place diagonally across the street from the cottage. We look forward to booking again in the fall! Thanks, Andrés!!

We stayed two weeks in Sea Grape. It was a home away home. We had a great stay; very quiet even though we were near the center of town. We’re looking forward to next year!

This was the perfect spot. We drove up & down the highway it was on to look at other spots for fun and this is definitely the best location. I stayed here to be an hour away from Silver Springs which is where I spent most of my time and I was so excited to come home to this every night.

It was a complete pleasure staying here! Can't beat how centrally located (and yet private) this cottage is. It has everything you need and more. My pooch and I totally loved sitting out in the courtyard. The whole set-up and decor is incredibly charming. Andres is simply an amazing host. Thank you!!!

This rental unit is in the perfect location. We stayed here in order to go to bike week in Daytona & loved that we were able to park the bike securely at night & walk to all sorts of restaurants & bars. The proximity to the beach is perfect also!
The layout of the different units within this rental property is set up so that each unit has a very private outside patio area. We will definitely be back!

The cottage was cozy and cute. Just as pictured. It is right in the heart of things so if you want to walk to restaurants and bars, the pier etc. it is very easy. But with that comes some noise! Not a very quiet location. Plus there was construction going on which added to the noise but will be temporary. Andres was great. I give him 5 stars. I liked the town and area but just wish it wasn't so busy. I am from the country so it probably bothers me more than most.

Easy hands off interaction with owner for checkin. Location is right in the middle of everything, didn't move the car for days on end. Donut/Coffee shop across the street, Ocean 1 block, dozens of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Breakawayz is best restaurant in walking distance. Go to Finns for sports and music. Golden Lion is great for drinks and food as well, killer oyster happy hour.

Whatever you need is within walking distance. The patio was wonderful with the perfect landscaping affording privacy, especially in the early morning while listening to the ocean & enjoying a cup of tea. Nice accommodation for children and pets.

It is a cute little place. Convenient to walk in town. Perfect if you want to eat out for every dinner. Not as secluded when they cleared the lot nextdoor, but still cute.

We enjoyed our birthday get away. Cottage was clean and had everything we needed including a bottle of birthday wine. Best of all was the location! We could walk to every place we wanted to go.. The sunrises at the beach were beautiful! Being able to bring our dog was a plus. Will definitely look at Sea Grapes again in the future!

We loved the cottage and location. We spent a relaxing week enjoying the beach and the front patio which is landscaped with tropical trees to provide shade and privacy. Comfortable bed. Lots of closets and storage. Bring clothes and food; everything else is provided. Walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy and convenience store. We loved our time there and we hope to return.
