Si trova proprio su questa strada meravigliosa e più ricca della città. Qui su Passeig de Gracia è dove tutti i famosi marchi di stilisti hanno i loro negozi. Placa de Catalunia (il centro della città), il quartiere gotico e le Ramblas sono solo a due passi dall'appartamento.
Dal momento in cui entrerai nel bellissimo ingresso in marmo di questo edificio costruito nel 1890, sarai completamente affascinato.
Questo spazioso appartamento offre 3 camere da letto. La prima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un grande armadio. La seconda camera offre 2 letti singoli (che possono essere facilmente uniti come un letto matrimoniale), un grande armadio e un ampio bagno privato con vasca / doccia. La terza camera da letto è una camera singola ed è dotata di una scrivania, un letto singolo e un grande armadio. Proprio accanto a questa camera da letto si trova il secondo bagno che è accessibile dal lungo corridoio. Il soggiorno di questo appartamento è grande, si affaccia sul Passeig de Gracia e ha persino un balcone da cui il visitatore può vedere il viale che scende fino a Plaça de Catalunya; la piazza principale. This was a great place to stay. It's in the heart of everything and a 10-15 minute walk to the Gothic District. The place is clean and very spacious. The host is awesome with communication and even arranged taxi service for us. Perfect place to explore the city.

This is a large, modern apartment in a classic building. Despite being located on one of the main streets of Barcelona it is quiet. The property is professionally managed and the process is very efficient.
The metro if just across the pavement.
Despite being a little small the kitchen is adequate for a holiday stay and the washing machine and dryer are excellent. Well worth tje money.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! Marcel was a great host; we appreciated the excellent communication regarding our stay. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk to Plaza Catalunya, Sagrada Familia, and Gran Via. The apartment was comfortable for our group of 7 (kids/teen, adults, grandparents), with enough room for everyone. The kitchen was a little small for our crew - but worked fine for us. We ended up eating most meals out anyway. The apartment was very secure. The concierge was great. Overall a great place - we would stay there again and would recommend it to others!

We felt so lucky to have been able to rent this place for our family spring break. We were a family of 5 with 3 older daughters. There are so many dining option and shopping options all around. We did not need to take any transportation because we could walk almost everywhere. The large grocery store in Cortes Ingles was 2 blocks away. The apartment was very nice. Marcel answered all my questions before and during our stay. We felt very safe. I will be recommending this place to all my friends that want to visit Barcelona.

The property was exactly as described, and Marcel was a flawless host. Even though he was out of town during our stay, communication was easy and quick, to ensure smooth check in and check out. His car service arrangements to/from the airport were perfect, and we also took advantage of his neighborhood restaurant recommendations. He even sends you videos showing you how to use the washer/dryer, keys, etc. The property is ideally located right on a Metro stop, but also walking distance to La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter. It was more than enough room for our family of 5, and we highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Barcelona.

My husband, mother and law and 2 young kids stayed in this apartment and it was wonderful. Location is unbeatable, the doorman went above and beyond to help us and the apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. They also provided a baby cot and high chair so we did not have to rent. Highly recommend.

The apartment was beautiful, the location ideal and Marcel was the perfect host.
The apartment is large, has all the amenities one could want or need for the stay and is located next door to the metro on one of Barcelona’s most beautiful boulevards. We are a family of four, with two grown up children, and it suited our needs perfectly
The entirety of our stay from booking to departure was faultless; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marcel and the apartment to family, friends and colleagues and, indeed, already have.
And if we are ever lucky enough to return to Barcelona we would definitely try and book this apartment again.

Very convenient location to access all the sites most of which we did by walking. Quiet and clean apartment with written instructions as to how to use the appliances and local services. Marcel the host is also very responsive to any queries and interested in ensuring your stay is enjoyable. We would recommend this location to others.

Apartment was spacious for our party of 5 and excellent location.-we walked to sightseeing, great restaurants and shops. Marcel was a fantastic help booking transfers for us and changing them at the last minute when our flights were changed due to french industrial action - would highly recommend.

Marcel is awesome with his communication. If you need anything he or his staff is there to help you. This is a large 3 bedroom, 2 bath apt with a balcony looking over major shopping, metro, buses and lots of people watching with a huge grocery store only 1 block. Restaurants everywhere. This is the location for a tourist wanting to really enjoy all of Barcelona. Taxi's at the front door and they are not expensive.

We are a family of five adults on an extended vacation in Europe. We stayed in this apartment for three nights. We all wished that we had elected to stay in Barcelona longer. The apartment was perfect in every way. Great location, well organized, and clean. The property manager was always available to us by phone in the event of a problem. Fortunately, there were none. When we travel to Barcelona in the future, we would purposely adjust our trip dates in order to be accommodated in this apartment. Yes, it was that great of a place to stay.

We were very happy with the accommodations of this apartment. It fit our family of 5 very well. We had the king bed made up as 2 twins for our sons to use and our daughter used the back bedroom with a twin and my husband and I had the queen. Marcel provided very helpful short videos explaining how to use items in the house like the washer/dryer which were very helpful. We enjoyed the elevator after sight seeing days where we did a lot of walking. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient as there is a metro(subway) entrance directly in front of the apartment building and it's very near El Born and the Gothic Quarters (walking distance). I'd recommend this apartment.

Spacious apartment which was perfect for a family of 4 who needed some room to spread out. Apartment can be a bit noisy at night on the weekends but that’s expected in the heart of town. Easy walk to La Ramblas and metro at your door step. We had the best time in Barcelona! Thank you Marcel!

Excellent location, very clean and spacious with clear directions on how to use appliances and other amenities.
Although elevator is small everyone should use it. The marble stairs in the apartment complex are slippery and a family member fell. Be very careful going down these stairs. Other people in the complex told me they fell before too.
The host is outstanding! We stayed in 2 other Airbnb places in Spain and this homeaway rental was by far the best.

The apartment was in a fabulous location of Barcelona, one block away from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, and just down the street from Gaudi's Casa Mila. It was very spacious and clean, and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay with our four children, including a Metro station right in front of the building. Also, Marcel was a great property manager. He was very helpful if we had questions about the city, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone going to Barcelona, especially as a family.

Marcel was our contact for the stay. He was away during our visit but was always reachable. Any small concern was immediately handled. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Our family of 5 stayed for a week and found everything we needed in the apartment. The location is ideal for walking and the metro is right outside the door. We would absolutely stay there again.

Easy access to everything
The apartment was very quiet at night
There is construction next door so the jack hammers started at 8-9am
The only issue was that the internet was spotty and would kick us off line if more than two users were on line
FYI - Disney was the only consistent English speaking channel if important to you
The appliances and heat worked very well

The apartment was seriously right in the center of the shopping district of Barcelona, so handy! It was easily large enough for a family of 5, the heating worked well and the beds were comfy. Marcel was the most helpful and accommodating of hosts (both before & during our stay) that we met during our 6 weeks of staying in various accommodations, seriously! Highly recommended.

My family traveled to Barcelona for the first time and stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and it was perfect. The central location made it easy and convenient. It's right in the center of Barcelona with supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and metro station all within 5 to 10 min of walking distance.
The apartment is as described - clean, neat and has everything you need. The elevator was a bonus when you're tired from all the walking around town.
Marcel was also very helpful to get us settled in. I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a home away from home in Barcelona.

The flat was a perfect fit for our group of 5. The location is absolutely amazing. Marcel was such a great host and took care of all of our questions. He even arranged a taxi for us when we departed. Would absolutely recommend this flat.
