Condo was as advertised. Good location. Living room and patio furniture were new and very comfortable. It was convenient being on second level ground floor. Easy access to deli, store and the resorts on either side. Plenty of restaurants to choose from without having to leave the three resorts. The exchange rate was not very good so food was not inexpensive but it was good. Spa treatments were amazing!

My friend and I had a great time staying at the condo at Villa la Estancia resort. The condo was clean and had everything we needed including spices to cook with, hair dryers, and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. It was very spacious, comfortable and relatively quiet. The only issues we had was the breaker kept tripping in the kitchen and bathroom area and one of the toilets kept running. The maintenance person came right away and fixed it for us. I would definitely come back to stay.

We know the Estancia property well and really enjoyed staying at this Estancia unit in Cabo.
Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus!
Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes.
Our kids loved the swim up bar and we loved the upper level hot tubs. Definitely recommend this unit (1209 A&B)

This was my third year staying in this unit. Everything was great! No complaints about the unit.
My family and I will be returning!
My only complaint (that does not pertain to the unit) is that the food at all 3 properties was a lot more expensive than in the past. The restaurants served very good food,but they were all overpriced.

Beautiful villa which had everything we needed for a great stay. We loved the separate keyed entrance for our teen son’s room. The ground level location was very convenient, with easy access to the grounds, pool area, market, etc. The villa is large and well appointed. We loved everything and definitely looking forward to a return visit!

The actual unit is older than some others. Looks very dated and because it’s on the first floor at the back of the property the unit is quite dark.
The outside couch smelled like cat urine so we didn’t sit on the patio.
Having the bbq was helpful.
There were no paper towels or a sponge upon arrival but the property manager called the hotel and got it taken care of.
It was fine but would not stay in this unit again.

The place was great for our long weekend. Appreciated it was on the first floor and just a quick walk to the pool. The grounds were lovely.
The only issues we had was that the dishwasher wasn’t properly installed and pretty much nearly fell over when we tried to load it. And two of the three fans on the patio didn’t work at all.
The resort is lovely but the food and drinks are overpriced for what they are and the little grocery store is extremely expensive.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was friendly, helpful and always joyful; the condo had everything we needed for cooking (the coffee pot(s) was the only exception, as it is clear it gets a lot of use and wasn't working quite right); the location was perfect for getting to Walmart and/or Costco, going snorkeling at Playa Santa Maria and going into town for restaurants and shopping. I was unaware that the resort does not take cash so next time I won't bring as much cash. I would definitely come back to this exceptionally beautiful spot!

Jackhammer noise all day inside (room) from adjacent rooms and outside, half the pool also closed and being resurfaced/repaired. Flies were super aggressive at breakfast both inside and outside by the water. Club area next door for football night was disappointing (TVs fuzzy), room acoustic issues and decor needed help. Toilet continued to run in main bath, headboard loose, master bed a bit too soft. Overall would not return from our experience and was a big difference coming from #1 resort in Cabo to this being #5. More space but there were a number of downsides and we regret not finishing the trip at the Waldorf. Space and outdoor area would have been nice if not for the construction noise. Cabo overall was a disappointment compared toother destinations we visit (Aruba, Curacao, Caymans, Cozumel, etc)

The condo is perfect for families! The separate front doors provide privacy and space. Master bathroom is huge! Kitchen is well equipped. Patio was great with a dining table, bbq, and outdoor couch. We really appreciated that it is on the ground floor and close to the market as well. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our 2nd time staying at this beautiful resort and Condo and it won’t be our last time .The swim up bar is amazing , this condo is located downstairs and near the pool, has plenty of space and has everything you need. We spent every day enjoying the pool, you don’t even need to leave this resort , though we spent our evenings going out to amazing restaurants in Cabo.

My family really loved our stay at this place. The room is PERFECT! One unit has the master bedroom (king bed), huge master bath, plus the living room, kitchen and laundry. The adjacent unit has the double beds and its own bathroom. Both room are connected with one large patio with new patio furniture. There is a small foyer between the two rooms so you can have privacy.
The resort is really wonderful. Lovely grounds, lovely pool, great location, helpful staff. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool that there were always chairs to find. The swim-up bar was amazing.
We loved being able to walk from our room to the beach. It's a public beach but there are roped-off areas for lounge chairs and umbrellas for resort guests only. You can walk down the beach to the Marina, or take a water taxi. There is a steep drop off in the water right in front of the resort, but walk 1 minute down the beach and the water is better to swim in.
We enjoyed visiting the other two resorts. The Taco Bar at Palomar was our absolute favorite place to eat.
I used the gym at the hotel every day - very clean and very nice. The location of this room is very close to the front of the hotel, but that proved to be useful because we often left the resort grounds to visit other places in town. We took Uber alot; you need to walk to the entrance gate to be picked up by an Uber, but on your way back they'll let your Uber driver in past the gate and get dropped off right in front of your hotel.

Perfect place for us! The resort was beautiful and so well taken care of. It was a perfect balance of fun and quiet also. Location was great and enjoyed being able to explore the two other resorts

Very nice family property. We enjoyed the patio area especially. Being on the first floor made it easy to go to and from the pool and beach, and safe for our neighboring grand kids to come see us. Beautiful, safe resort!

The condo was well appointed, nice, and. Great location. It was close to town without being in the middle of the party scene.
The onsite restaurants were expensive and had super average food. If you stay here, eat elsewhere. The onsite market was convenient but also super expensive.
Overall, we enjoyed the olace.

The location within Villa La Estancia worked great for us. Easy access to the front lobby (for heading to town). The property was quiet and relaxing. A short walk over to the market, coffee bar, and Tomatillo’s Farm to Table restaurant. From booking the property to leaving the property was a smooth transaction. I would recommend booking this property anytime one visits Cabo!

Thank you Hysha Lara! This is our second time to VLE but our first renting your lovely Villa 1209 and we love the ground floor, easy and quick access to everything! We like to hang out on the terrace and listen to tunes. During our week long stay, we chose mid-week 3 day all-inclusive package which was a great mix of dining in town and all the unlimited gourmet meals at VLE and sister resorts, Villa del Palmar and Villa del Arco, but sadly does not include alcoholic beverages :(
Our daughter and her boyfriend did parasailing and did not enjoy that too much and it's expensive for such a short trip but do recommend jet sking.
We'll be back and will wish to stay in your Villa again.

As expected, the stay was great! We completely look forward to coming back. Cabo is so welcoming and the staff at the resort are all extremely helpful. We have stayed at this resort before with family and friends and wanted to come back by oursel. So Glad we were able to find this. This place is perfect for a family vacation or a couples retreat. We will definitely be coming back.

This place was stunning. There was a total of 6 people in my group and the rooms and beds were perfect. Feels of a home but on a private resort with beach front within a few steps. Staff were friendly and downtown location within 8-10 mins. There’s a patio outside which we made use of very much for our daily breakfast meal. Kitchen items were also available for use. Pools were heated and fire pit by jacuzzi was a great end of day activity for us. Also, sister hotels allowed guests to use their amenities as well. Will def book again and recommend!

Beautiful resort, great condo, with all amenities you should need. Very roomy and spacious. We did not choose all inclusive, but rather went out to eat and cooked. Costco and Walmart are real close.

This place is beautiful, condo is amazing , clean well stocked , comfortable beds . I rented 1209a and b, which was prefect for the privacy of my 18 year old son and my nephew .We were here with family and friends for our kids high school graduation , who also stayed at this resort . Everyone loved the resort , great pool with a swim up bar , looking over the ocean . Our teenagers went between the 2 shared resorts , everyone had an amazing time . I do feel this resort is more family friendly . Staff is extremely friendly and loved the restaurant at the resort . We will for sure be back

This is a fabulous unit. The location is convenient (both the property and the unit itself). Communication with the owner, Hysha, was quick and responsive. Booking was simple. The unit and property are exactly as advertised. We were all very happy with the experience and will definitely come back to this unit again on future Cabo visits.

The property was absolutely wonderful! Great location and beautiful scenery, and a wonderful resort! I communicated with the owner several times through Vrbo, and she was very quick to respond and so friendly and kind. I would highly recommend renting this property from this owner!

This villa is great! it is stocked with all the essentials that you will need. However, it's well used and some things are not very clean. The kitchen throw rug was really stained and appeared dirty. The housekeeper didn't show up to clean on the day we were to have cleaning service. We called and they came the next day. The Were were traveling with (20) family member's all staying at this property. It's perfect for us 40-50 year old adults. Our group was rowdy and the staff was very gracious with us. Overall this is a great Villa and the property is very nice and relaxing.

I travel a lot with my family. Sometimes with 2 or 3, sometimes with 10 to 12 members...I like to go different places each time just for diversity...this place has made me rethink that strategy...I definitely will come back next year for the first repeat, in a decade and a half stretch of family trips...Outstanding, Meticulous and Highly attentive to detail...a place that the locals raise an eyebrow and give you an "ooh, nice one" upon hearing where you're staying...We found a gem!!
