Questa struttura Fun Tropical è una casa a un piano di 1.900 mq 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni ben arredata. Si trova su Cosnina Drive e dista solo circa 2 miglia dal London Bridge, dal lago e dal porto turistico. Questa fantastica casa vacanza dispone di una Jacuzzi, una nuova piscina a mensola Baja e 2 palme tiki-totem alte molto belle di fronte. Il cortile ha anche un patio coperto di buone dimensioni con ventilatori a soffitto e barbecue. Vi è una spaziosa sala giochi dove è possibile trascurare la scintillante piscina attraverso il Glass Slider mentre si fa una partita a biliardo. La cucina / sala da pranzo ha una sensazione all'aria aperta con un grande bancone da cucina, sgabelli da bar e un cursore di vetro che si affaccia sulla piscina rinfrescante e sul cortile. C'è un parcheggio per barche e camper sul lato della casa e anche un parcheggio nel garage per 2 auto. Internet WiFi gratuito, TV Roku e antenna TV satellitare per canali locali. Ottimi servizi e posizione per una fantastica vacanza!

We had a great time! Very nice place & well stocked. Communication was awesome & host put alot of effort into making things comfortable & easy. She left directions to launch, restaurants, markets & things to do! Great place to stay!! We will be repeat customers!

Well first the interior design was amazing & the kitchen along with pool room den was complimentary to the back yard which came equipped with a spa jacuzzi set the perfect mood for my stay & i will definitely recommend to my peers

The property was clean and beautiful. Very close to the lake. Everything you need to cook and be comfortable. The pool was clean but unfortunately it was too cold out. The Jacuzzi was nice and hot. Overall we gave it a 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. We definitely will be back. PS: the host is as sweet as can be💖

Jamie was a wonderful host the house was beautiful and me and my family had an amazing time. We spent most of the time in the pool it being 112 out. The house had everything we needed we got to make lots of memories this trip. The house is very close to the lake and London Bridge. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you Jamie you were awesome and my family thanks u too.

Everything about this property was perfect, we had no problem with owner very polite, helpful, and always replied if needed. House was perfect, pictures don’t do justice. House clean, nothing damaged, rooms great size, unfortunately we were only there two days and didn’t get to enjoy everything. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property.

Communication was great with the owner. House was big and had a beautiful backyard. Everything was easy to locate around the house and overall very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed in this house for two months and we were very impressed with the quality and the price. Jamie was fantastic to work with and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Lake Havasu City.

Bigger house than we needed. Only used two of the bedrooms. Never used the pool or hot tub, so I can't speak about that. What we did use worked great for us. I appreciate that Jamie was very reachable and responded quickly to any of our concerns. You can see the sunset out of the front window. Located close to everything. Enjoyed our stay. We had a fantastic stay at this rental property. Lots of fun for the kids and adults. The pool and ourside area made for a lot of fun for the kids and hanging out. There were 11 of us including 4 children and everyone fit perfectly! Thanks for the memories, we will be back!

Was given the opportunity to stay in this home and was really happy with what we got. Pool was fun during the day, hot tub at night, pool table very entertaining, and the best part is parking was great for our 30 foot boat in the front of the house. Easy access on and off the road to the marina and great response from the hosts. Would very much recommend. Thank you for the great weekend!

The house was smaller then expected and dated. Good for a family of 8 or less. Pool good for the young kids but small as well. Location good for the city and lake access.

We had a great time swimming and playing games. The lake is close and convenient. Lots of parking for big groups.

Our friends and family went to this property for a thanksgiving getaway. We were able to use the hot tub but it was too cold to use the pool. The pool table got a lot of use from our group. Worked well for what we needed.
