The unit was furnished very nicely, kitchen had everything you would need to cook in the unit or on the grill. The light that comes in the upper bedroom at night made it hard for either of us to get a good night's sleep either night. It would be virtually impossible to go up and down the stairs with belongings as it is a very narrow steep circular set of stairs, you have to walk around the patch and come in through the downstair door. The listing does indicate that the lake view might be obstructed by the trees, I did it expect it to be almost hidden. We were also disappointed that there was not access to the lake from the unit other than to walk around other units and down a steep hill.

The rental was exactly as described, with an amazing view of the lake. The rental was perfect for a last minute weekend getaway, close to many restaurant and attractions, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Nestled in a lakefront wooded lot, this home has 2 gorgeous views from the decks, and is close to the lake, dock, and swimming pool. This vacation home is also centrally located, within a short driving distance to the Bagnell Dam strip, grocery stores, and Osage Beach. The property is clean, with good accommodations, a spiral staircase and is very pet friendly!

Condo was very clean and well maintained, staff was very helpful and responsive. Tree Top Village is a great spot to get away to the lake.

Treetop has plenty of room for our family with a great location to many fun attractions

In a great location with a gorgeous view of the water. Cabin was very clean and spacious. Would certainly stay again! The surrounding area was quiet and a perfect place for a little getaway.

The location is great and the cabin has a beautiful view of the lake! The kids really enjoyed the layout of the cabin with the upstairs and downstairs rooms. The cabin had everything we needed. The only thing is that the cleaning crew did not do a very good job as we found hairs in the bathrooms and food on the couch. I personally don’t mind and just cleaned it up, but we are paying a cleaning fee for this.

Tree house 16 was beautiful with such neat structure and beautiful remodeling! I loved the placement right on the water and that we were not located at the top of the road so there was less traffic .The first thing I did was open the curtains for the view! Unfortunately it was cold and windy the weekend we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the decks as much as planned but I think the leaves being minimal on the trees mid November provided a better view!It was clean and more spacious than i expected. No problems with any anything. Central heat and air was so nice! We went to the pool and hot tubs and had the room to our selves, it was convenient that they provided towels. We grilled one night and everything went well. It was nifty to have pots, pans, seasonings, ect. in the kitchen! The only things that bothered me are that the sink access was a jam with the staircase, I am a pretty slender person so it wasnt that big of a deal.The parking is very small and a little sketchy with it being such a drop off at the front of the spot. I also wished for more pillows and towels. We're super excited to plan a trip back there when its a little warmer. So far my favorite little getaway!

I stayed here for a weekend of fall foliage hiking, and it was just perfect. Ha Ha Tonka State Park and Lake Ozark State Park are within 25 minute drives of this place—they’re both beautiful this time of year and I highly recommend if you love hiking and fall colors. This cabin was clean, in a quiet area, and so beautiful being right on the lake. I enjoyed the massive windows and being able to watch the chipmunks and squirrels play, as well as the reds and oranges of the trees nearby. Only thing that could’ve made it better is a hot tub on the deck! Wishing I had brought a kayak with me because I could have launched it right into the water from the bottom of the cabin. This cabin is lovely, who cares about the dated decor. That’s not why you came here, right? Those complaining about that need a reality check. I would definitely return.

Spent three days for our honeymoon just to relax. We highly enjoyed it and look forward to staying here again in the future

Owner was super nice and amazing to work with. Our family had a great time celebrating my birthday! Lake view was amazing even though you were in a cove and had to look through the trees. There is no access to the lake from the unit except to climb down a steep hill. Our dogs loved that they could stay on the deck with us due to the closed gate but it was very difficult finding them a place to use the bathroom as there is no yard at all. That being said, I have never left a bad review, but the unit was not very clean as listed. Ceiling fan had to be cleaned before used, decoration, bedding and furniture were very outdated, floor needed swept, and the pull out mattress was absolutely awful! There were cob webs inside and outside mainly everywhere. There were no tv's in bedrooms, no soap in downstairs bathroom (which was shared with the water heater and washer/dryer - scary area), I also hit my head on the beam next to the downstairs bathroom numerous times. One of the downstairs top windows had fell to the bottom and my husband and I tried for 30 minutes to hold it up to latch it but it finally fell and the bottom window cracked and it cut my finger. One of the upstairs window screen fell out. Several electric outlets did not work. The upstairs bathtub stopper was missing and had to use a washcloth to plug it up for 3 yr old grandson. Again, I do not like leaving bad reviews and in spite of the minor inconveniences our family made very special memories. The main thing is that it was not cleaned very well as that is hard to overlook.

Well equipped with towels, TP, and other items needed. Very nice having a W/D to do clothes. The balcony was great equipped with BBQ pit. I give this awesome place a 10 Star rating.

It was an enjoyable place to stay. There were restaurants and things to do nearby.

It was as described. It had a few minor issues. Stopper in front bathroom sink unattached. One of the blinds had a broken clip where the draw chord was attached. Bed is pretty worn out. Definitely not firm. Outside of the house needs a good power washing. Landscape probably hasn’t been touched this summer. All in all it was okay for the price. I’m not sure you should expect more for the price charged, That would be up to each individual.

We all loved how much room it had. The place so close to a dock and pool which was perfect for us.The owner was super nice and easly to work with. The place was also super clean and well stocked.

We had a good experience renting this property

This is a very nice stand alone condo. Was a little disappointed with the lower level needs an update. The view from the lower deck is a better view cause it has less tree leaves in the way also way cooler. The upper level is fantastic the view was good just more trees. The hummingbirds I loved watching them in the mimosa trees. The woodpeckers pecking around on the dead tree was awesome as well. Went to the pool very nice. Had access to others but I thought they were to far away. Have to go by car and that is not what I want to do. I still give this unit five stars even with the negatives. Oh the bed was very comfy!!

Great little place with a beautiful view right on the lake. Windows all around very bright. I would definitely recommend this place and wouldn’t mind revisiting it myself. My only honest complaint is that I wish the table on the deck had an umbrella and maybe a mini fridge on the lower level. The half bath in the laundry room was a godsend (wasn’t mentioned in the description) like I said earlier good bang for the buck.Thanks Tree Top you made 1st time to the Lake of the Ozarks most memorable.

The view in the living room is Amazing! I love the updated bathroom in the Main bedroom. Beds are soft (love that mirror downstairs ) Both desks had great views of the lake. The only disappointment was that didn't have any wine glasses , but other than that We really enjoyed our stay
