We had an amazing time staying at Palm Villas A21. The pictures do not do it justice! Clean, comfy beds, and cozy. Easy to cook and prepare meals, do laundry, etc. Very close to the pool and a great stock of beach things in the garage.

The condo was very clean and spacious for our family of 6. Steps away from a beautiful pool that was never crowded. The beach club parking pass was great. The garage was stocked with Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler, snorkeling equipment, bikes, etc. Walking distance to 5 star hotels, great restaurants, and a grocery store. The property manager, Olivia, was always available and was wonderful to work with from booking through checkout. I highly recommend this property!

Overall the apartment was fine and location perfect for our needs. I would suggest that all of the bed pillows be replaced. They are either too hard or way too soft which made it hard to get a good nights sleep . However, I would happily recommend this place.

This is a great property, well maintained, great location! Loved the layout of the condo and all the art and the way it was decorated. The pool was nice and the beach club was a great asset! We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the golfers go by and my husband and boys enjoyed playing golf on the course. We would definitely stay here again.

We love the Big Island and have stayed in Mauna Lani servers times. The home, pool, gym and private beach are just fantastic. It made it worth the trip all the way from Nashville.

The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even including a garage space. The big bonus was that you had access to the condo-pool as well as the private beach and the condo came with all the towels, beach chairs, boogie boards you would ever need. The entire area is so gorgeous and if you want to feel like you are at a private, luxury getaway this is definitely the place.

This condo is as stated, in a development with a great pool, close walk to beach and the Mauna Lani. The few calls I had with the agent were very responsive. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the unit is extremely dated, in desperate need of updating. Old, tired, uncomfortable furniture and dresser with drawers that will fall out if you do not open carefully.

We’ve stayed the the Palm Villas four times, this was our first stay in this particular unit. The communication with the property management was super, the staff interaction was limited but pleasant for sure. Simple check in, check out procedures. A 3 minute drive to the beach/beach club, or a 10-15 minute walk. Also walking distance to a shopping center with restaurants and a small market. The garage was stocked with everything necessary for a day at the beach and golf course. The only item I’d suggest is a larger cooler, the only one located in the kitchen and garage was too small to pack a picnic. The pool is gorgeous and quiet. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, great for us and our three kids. We would return for sure.

Our family of 5 had an amazing time at the Kamaole Condo. We would definitely stay there again. The property was beautiful! We spent time grilling on the deck overlooking the golf course. We rode bikes that the owners provide. I only have wonderful things to say from booking the condo to our stay.

Property is great. Feels like home. Manager Olivia is great. We had a broken water heater and Olivia was on it and get it exchanged in one day. I would definitely come back to stay.

The instructions need to be revised. The two letters that we received before coming to Mauna Lani had conflicting information. Upon arrival, we were given more instructions that differed from the first two. A good editor could make this so much easier for arriving guests.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! Clean, bright, spacious, well stocked including beach equipment. Excellent location on quiet golf course near many beautiful beaches. We had a wonderful vacation. There was nothing more that I could have possibly asked for. Olivia was friendly and helpful and responsive to questions about check-in process when generic emails through the partnering company were unclear.

This is a nice place - it’s clean, quiet, and well-stocked with necessities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher pods, detergent, etc). Pool, hot tub and gym are open with social distancing. Short walk to a grocery store and the coast. Short drive to amazing Kohala coast beaches.

I would stay here again the only complaint was the deck was pretty small it wouldn’t fit more than four people for sure. But for the price the location is perfect.

We stayed in 3 different places this trip and this stay was our favorite. Kitchen is the best stocked I've come across in one of these rentals, it is close to the spa, hiking trails and the grocery store. The complex is small and very nice. I plan on coming back to this unit my next visit.

Island décor sets the tone for a great Hawaiian vacation immediately upon walking through the door.

Never tired of view from slider of green golf course, lava and lots of sky.

This is an excellent choice for two couples, as the configuration of the rooms allows for one couple to use the actual master suite, and the other to use the second bedroom, second bath, and third bedroom as another "suite". The configuration would also be ideal for grandparents to enjoy the master, while their son or daughter's family including a couple of kids could be self-contained at the other end of the unit.
The condo is removed a bit from the other Palm Villa buildings, providing privacy, quiet, good views, and good airflow. The entertainment provided by the nearby 16th green is a bonus, while the lush fairway and distant mountain views provide a nice break from the lava that predominates in this area.
The condo is beautifully decorated, and is set up for both comfort and practicality. The appliances are very modern, and the BBQ knows how to grill. Snorkel gear and other beach toys are in good shape. Bedding and towels are ample, and high-quality. Everything is well-maintained. This is obviously a well-loved property.
Dinah was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I especially appreciated that after I asked her to ensure that no hurricanes would hit during our ten-day stay, we were treated to nothing but balmy trade winds. Highly recommended.

My family has taken many trips to Hawaii and this condo has been one of our favorites. Me and my husband stayed here for 5 weeks and our children and 2 small grandchildren joined us at various times, and we had a blast! As for the condo, it was VERY clean and well equipped. We cooked almost all meals there, using the great grill on the lanai, and never needing for anything. It was beautifully decorated, nice golf course view, beach equipment including towels. The only con I found is that there isn't much natural lighting, but I'm a natural light freak, the living area just has the large sliding door at one end and a double window at the opposite end in the kitchen for natural light. That being said we would definitely stay in this unit again.
As for the Palm Villa complex, it is fantastic! Great location and being a small complex we rarely had to share the pool with others! We went swimming almost every single day and we were usually the only ones using the pool. Something special was our 4 year old granddaughter learned to swim and snorkel in the pool while there, oh and it was so cool to swim at night and look up at all the stars. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and a nice small gym that is very clean and well taken care of. Communication with the owner was excellent, Dinah responded quickly to emails and our deposit was quickly returned . I could go on and on, thank you Dinah for sharing your home!

We had a great stay at the Palm Villa in Hawaii. It was my husband and another couple that stayed in the villa. There was plenty of space and it was beautiful. Pictures don't do it justice. The master bedroom and bathroom are amazing. It was better than a hotel. The walk to the beach was easy. We enjoyed the private pool on the premises and the grill on the lanai. I highly recommend this unit. The logistics were a breeze and Dinah's instructions were simple to follow on how to access the unit, rules, parking, etc. We also enjoyed the complimentary snorkeling equipment! Thanks!

This condo had everything you should need, there was only 2 of us but it could fit 6 easily. We walked to the beach which was 15 minutes, but a lovely walk, the beach club was shut but it would have been great if open (which is probably is by now). We also walked into the shops a few times, good grocery store and some restaurants. The pool was fab, in a natural style and not over chlorinated but was never busy and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. We drove to the volcano for the day, a long way but worth it. The condo looks out onto a golf course, if you play golf you must do the Mauna Lani south course I think it was, (they have 2) the holes go right over the ocean and it was the most breathtaking golf course I have even seen. The condo was very clean and we found the magic wardrobe with all the beach items in which was very helpful in bedroom 3. The air con was a welcome relief and worked nice and fast. The kitchen was well equipped and you could do proper cooking, not just holiday snacks. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in a holiday property, like a 5* hotel bed, very high up for me. The only fault I could find was the lack of an airier which is always handy for wet swimsuits etc, there is a tumble drier for washing though. I could not fault this place, we wanted quiet and that is what we got, perhaps not the best place if you have loud teenagers, but ideal for small children. Thank you so much for our lovely stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at such a truly lovely residence and resort at Palm Villas, Mauna Lani! Our expectations certainly were met and exceeded. The condo was immaculate and we were very impressed with its tropical island decor!! The condo held all of the amenities needed. The grounds at Palm Villas were beautifully well maintained.
We will have such fond memories of our family holiday! The highlight for our grandchildren was the gorgeous pool - so picturesque in its tropical setting. We certainly would suggest this beautiful condo to friends and family for their Big Island holiday! We really enjoyed the laid back style here and it's proximity to the beautiful Kohala beaches, Mauna Lani resort, shopping, etc.. It was also a great place to stay for an active family, with trails for brisk/leisurely walks, running, beach with equipment rentals and the pool and hot tub of course.
The owners were so accommodating and helpful with our travel plans. They mailed us "Hawaii - The Big Island Revealed" prior to the trip, which was much appreciated. Thank you so much for helping make our family Big Island Hawaiian holiday that much more memorable!

After a long search, I found this excellent 3 BR, 2 Bath condo in the Mauna Lani resort area (Palm Villas). Price was very good. Excellent home, very well kept, modern, near beach, good location. Had resort privileges as an owner. Very quiet. Excellent dealing with owner: professional, personable. The owner's booking conflict on last day of two week stay was very nicely resolved to our satisfaction. Excellent view of golf course from lanai.
Owner honestly and accurately revealed that there was on-going major remodeling of other units in complex. There was no noise or disturbance from that work. Contractor site was clean and orderly.

This is such a beautiful location and the view off the lani is so serene. We loved early mornings on the lani watching the sunrise.
The condo is clean, nicely decorated “island” style and has everything you will need for a great stay. The owner’s are great to work with and make sure that you have everything you need for a great vacation. The complex is beautifully maintained and is plush with tropical plants.
The condo is walking distance to the beach club. Every time we walked up to the beach we would just pause at how beautiful it was. Snorkeling is great there but if you don’t like to snorkel just walk and around the rocks and you will see so any colorful varieties of fish. Talk a walk toward the Mauna Lani hotel and you might find some big turtles napping on the beach.
