Questa unità è una residenza cittadina molto spaziosa con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni - su 1 livello e senza scale! 1 camera matrimoniale e 1 camera matrimoniale. È davvero ottimo per famiglie e coppie in un quartiere sicuro e tranquillo che cerca di sfuggire a un clima più caldo e sperimentare ciò che il deserto ha da offrire. Dispone di 2 camere da letto e bagni separati - ottimo per 2 coppie. Ha un cortile di buone dimensioni per cani e un patio per barbecue e rilassarsi la sera. La casa ha un sacco di lucernari naturali e questa casa è molto spaziosa e confortevole. C'è la biancheria all'interno - lavatrice / asciugatrice. La piscina comunitaria riscaldata e la vasca idromassaggio sono a pochi passi di distanza. This was a wonderful home in the perfect location. Highway access, local stores and food, everything you need within a few minute drive. The home is clean, spacious and comfortable. Deanna is a wonderful host and communication was a breeze. I initially stayed for 3 weeks and wound up staying 2 more! Definitely recommend, and if this particluar property isn't available, she has more. Just shoot her a message! -

My adult son has always wanted to visit Arizona, particularly Mesa, so we went for our very first mother/son vacation. The condo was awesome and fit our needs perfectly! It was very clean and located in a perfect area in a nice quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend renting this condo, and will do so again when we return someday.

The rental was impeccably clean, newly remodeled, and completely furnished with all your needs! The back patio was relaxing and spacious. The reclining chairs/sofa in the living room made it so comfortable to watch movies. The kitchen was gorgeous with a large granite countertop for food prep and serving! The washer and dryer looked brand new and worked well! The beds very comfortable. Bathrooms lovely. Lots of closet and drawer space. The pool and hot tub were so clean and refreshing! We could live here year round. We loved the open concept and it made for a wonderful family reunion.

We drove from California to stay for three nights to give a baby shower. The place was great! My friend and I both had our own rooms and bathrooms. I went swimming in the pool and it was wonderful. The townhouse was wonderfully stocked and very comfortable. Our hostess got back to us immediately and was very nice. Thank you so much! 😊

Perfect condo and location for us, just as described, clean and quiet. Enjoyed the pool area (hopefully the association will be getting more pool chairs though) and everything about the condo and back patio. Enjoyed all the kitchen utensils and extra small appliances the condo had, made cooking our own food super easy!

We loved everything about this property!! It was clean! It was quiet!! We took bikes along and loved that we could park out pickup in the garage and also leave our bikes in the garage while we where gone!! The bed was comfortable! Loved the master bathroom, walk in shower!! Double sink vanity!! The kitchen is full sized, and fully stocked with what you need for cooking. It was great to have a Safeway grocery store just a couple of blocks away. The heated pool was great to swim in after hiking and biking despite it was only 68 degrees. The hot tub was also wonderful and relaxing!! Loved the location. Just close enough to where we wanted to get to, but yet just far enough away from major traffic that it was quiet. When we come back, I want to be here again!!

The Mesa area was the perfect location for a family getaway. This home checked off all the boxes! The pool was fantastic. Warmest water ever in February! Ease of commuting the city and navigating to and from the airport. Can’t wait to rebook again!

Very clean and comfortable in an excellent location. We enjoyed the heated pool and I liked walking around the nearby park and to the local Safeway for groceries and Starbucks. We hope to return.

Townhouse was quiet and well equipped. Lovely back patio with grill. Comfortable beds. Nice pool and quiet safe neighborhood. Third bedroom is very small and windowless, which didn’t affect our stay, but should probably be noted in description/ photos. Property manager responsive and helpful.

The property was very roomy. We especially liked the location because it was easy accessing the 202. Nieghborhood was quiet. Kitchen well stocked, lovely back patio with great grill and comfortable patio table/chairs.

This property was excellent and for a 12 night stay afforded us the comforts of home. Roomy, comfortable, clean, quiet and safe. Host was quick to respond to my one question and the guest book provided all the necessary information and more, from check in to checkout. The option to park the car in the garage was nice. This condo was perfect for our stay. The unit was well equipped and very clean. The private outdoor patio was very enjoyable for relaxing outside if you don’t feel like hanging at the pool. You won’t regret choosing this condo and Deanna was very responsive to any questions.

Convenient location. Can get to everything quickly stores, restaurants etc. Less than 30 minutes to beautiful hiking trails. Lost of golf courses. Even close to preseason baseball. I felt very safe walking or running every morning by myself. The property had everything you need.

The owner was so responsive to all of my communications. The townhome was lovely. Definitely the best stocked property I’ve ever stayed in. Neighborhood was quiet. Pool was very nice and heated! Beds were comfortable. The only additional thing we’d have liked is handicap bars in shower areas as we were an older group. Highly recommend!!!

The property was very well maintained and located within easy walking distance of the heated pool, a grocery store and Target. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms make it very suitable for two couples to rent together. The back yard sitting area was a perfect place to soak up the sun! Since it was only recently listed as a VRBO, it was missing a few basic things needed for daily life, but the property owner was very good about getting us whatever we needed right away.

Had a great stay in this recently remodeled condo. Large comfy and roomy. Took the short walk to the large clean pool every morning. Usually had it to ourselves. Deanna is very responsive and great to work with. Condo was close to everything we needed.

We came from Colorado to warm up for a few days. My 90 yr old Mom enjoyed sitting out on the back patio soaking up the sun. We went to the pool everyday. We choose to drive as it is a little bit of a walk. It has a large master bedroom and nice New walk in shower. The only thing I want to mention to feature guests is shampoo/conditioner and body soap/wash is not provided. We had our own so it wasn't a big deal.
