property was spacious. the main level was great to hang out and eat with friends due to a nice open concept. would stay again

The house is great and easy walking distance of a beautiful beach. Plenty of room for a big family. Especially liked all the balconies. The only thing difficult was opening the lockbox which is old and we couldn’t get ahold of the host at that time. The host, Dianne, went out of her way to bring my daughter’s wallet to her in Rehoboth after we had checked out. Way above what she needed to do. A terrific host!

We had five adults and seven children in this condo and there was plenty of room. Walking to the beach and downtown Dewey made this vacation very easy for everyone to come and go when needed. The kitchen was well equipped, clean and had plenty of seating. We truly enjoyed our week and hope to return here again next year.

Perfect place for a large family trip. Everyone had their own space and the house was beautiful.

The place fit 14 of us comfortably. The beach was only about a 7 minute walk. The kitchen had all the basics we needed to cook large meals. We even enjoyed the 35 minute walk into Rehoboth. There were a few minor issues with the air conditioning but management came within a day with window units and eventually fixed the central air. Be mindful that there are a lot of stairs including one flight to get into the house and a couple flights once inside. Overall it was a nice stay.

great spot, two blocks from the ocean, so close to everything downtown and walkable which was great for a big group. definitely recommend this spot for a group trip to dewey!

The house was perfect for our group and was so close to the bars. The only difficulty is that I attempted to speak to the owner before and after the trip with no success.

The furnishings were nice and the kitchen had everything we needed...plus! The only downside is lots of stairs, but wasn't a problem for us. Within walking distance of some restaurants. Enjoyed our time there!

We’re all in our 60’s so know there’s a lot of stairs. One bathroom for each family group is a hugh plus. Close to the nightlife and everything else in Dewey and Rehoboth.

Even better in person the interior is beautiful!

Great house. It was showing a bit of end of the season wear. The dryer did not work, however we had another family in a rental down the street so we used there’s. Overall, it was perfect for what we needed. I would rent it again.

We had a great time!! Honestly I wish the pictures did the property better justice- way more space then we expected!! And all the stuff in the garage: chairs were super helpful! Was a perfect location for a bachelorette- walking distance to the beach and all the bars!!

This house was in a great location- near the beach and some of the restaurants. It was clean and very spacious. We had a problem with our AC when we arrived but the hosts fixed it immediately. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very spacious beach house a couple blocks from the beach. The property manager was super responsive when we had a minor issue upon check in. Lots of balconies to enjoy the evening and plenty of space for an extended family to get together and relax. Would definitely like to visit again.

We had an amazing weekend at this home for my sisters bachelorette party! Everything went so smooth, it was clean, spacious, and a fantastic location - walking distance to all Dewey bars and beach. The pictures don’t do it justice! Highly recommend!

The property was just as advertised. It had plenty of space for the 10 adults we had on our trip. The layout was great with the living space all on one floor and the bedrooms on the other 3 floors. We walked to most places - the beach, food, etc. Very close to Rehobeth Beach too - just a 5-10 minute drive.

Perfect setup for our family. Owner was quick to remedy two situations. Short walk to the beach. Everything we had hoped for!

Renting was easy. House well equipped with glasses, dishes, pots pans etc. Only utensil missing is a scissor. The house is dated and could use a paint job but functioned well for a group with so many different ages. It would have been helpful to have a layout of each floor on the listing so bedrooms could have been assigned before we got there.

This house was incredible to stay at! We had lots of space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. Also, the common areas were large enough for everyone to sit comfortably and enjoy each other’s company. The location couldn’t be beat. Downtown Dewey and the beach are all easily walkable. Lots of great parking too!

The property listing photos didn’t do it justice!! So much better in person and would definitely stay again. One thing to mention is the air conditioning was pretty weak.

We stayed 3 nights to celebrate a 60th Birthday with friends and family. Great house with plenty of space. Very well kept. We will look to go back whenever we can.

This house was wonderful for our extended family. The five bedrooms were perfect for our group of 12, and every bedroom has a balcony! Very cool ! The beach is just a quick drive across Rt 1 and the location is so close to so many restaurants, shopping, and downtown Dewey and Rehoboth. We highly recommend this place!

Home was great. Great location, very spacious to accommodate many guests. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and feeding a large crowd. The decks were awesome for relaxing. Will come back again for sure.

My family rented this property to try a new tradition of Thanksgiving at the beach. The house was beautiful and spacious. We had enough room for everything and everyone! It was all very easy and very comfortable. We will be doing it again!!

We stayed here with 3 other families for a weekend baseball tournament. The location was great, didn’t realize how close we would be to everything (30 min ride to the field but the outlets, boardwalk, and restaurants were super close). Wish we would have stayed longer to been able to soak it all in. Will definitely look at this location for next time! House setup is perfect and multiple deck areas to enjoy the surroundings! Looking forward to coming back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house had so much room and the balconies were lovely. It was nice to be so close to the towns of Dewey and rehoboth and wishing walking distance of the beach.

We just love so much about this property, on a quiet street blocks from the ocean, close to everything and big enough everyone can spread out!

Overall, it’s a nice property. Location is pretty good and it is a spacious property. The main drawback is, they don’t provide linens and towels, and other accessories that are usually given in other listings. The owner informed us about it 24 hours ahead of time of checking in. We felt that the basic amenities such as linen towel and toiletries should have been provided and if not they should disclose it in the property description in Vrbo listing, not 24 hour before check in. We didn’t imagine that they will not provide them until 24 hours before checking. As a result, we had to pack everything and it was inconvenient for us.

A lot of steps, but we were able to handle it. It was very comfortable.

House was big enough for a comfortable fit for my entire group, clean and located perfectly for an amazing weekend!
