We really enjoyed our time there and we are talking about next year and more family's members interested going next year after we have posted our vacation and we might have to booked a trip sooner rather than later

After renting the property, the management company demanded we sign a document disallowing cancellation at all, even though VRBO advertisement allowed us to cancel for several months. They indicated the document was intended to take effect after the march cancellation date had passed, but insisted I sign it immediately with the current date. A couple months before we were scheduled to stay, they called to inform us the house had been rearranged, and could now only support roughly half of the numbers they initially supported. We looked around and couldn't find any other houses that were available that we could afford. While we were working out how to handle this, the management company Tiber Tops Cabin Rental (TTCR) pushed us to cancel our booking with them. In the end, we reduced the number of folks who would be at the cabin at any given time to make the trip work. At no point in time did anyone at TTCR show any concern for the position they put us in for our family reunion. Upon arrival, there was: One roll of toilet paper per restroom. No broom, or broom pan. No paper towels. No detergent. No hair driers. Barely one towel per person. One day, a repair person walked into the dinning area unannounced, and said he was there to fix the leak we reported. We hadn't. He then searched the bathrooms in the house looking for said leak which he never found due to the limited information provided by TTCR. We Will Not Return.

Nice cabin and location

Beautiful from the outside but the furniture is drastically outdated and the carpets and rugs are extremely dirty. Refrigerators did not make ice.

Over all good but i will say unit required more cleanliness -there we lots of ants -there should be vacuum cleaner also Sleep facility could be better - one room had sleep capacity of 25 which was too much for one room, all the pull out beds were not at all sleep-able. - Also comforters were not clean.

Good

Very spacious cabin with all the amenities. We had 25 people staying and had plenty of room for everyone. The Mountain View from the balcony was breathtaking at sunrise. The kids and adults loved the game room.
