The inside of the condo was very clean. It was amazing having the pool and beach right there.

We loved the location on the beach with the shared pool. My boys loved the outdoor showers. Beds were very comfortable. We would come back!

This rental was great for a short stay with a really nice pool and access to the beach. Great sunset views also. Several nice restaurants nearby. Perfect rental for families with kids.

The property was as described until the sewer line from the complex backed up onto our floor while we were at dinner. Dealing with the "24/7 support" of Vacasa is a joke if is weren't so aggravating with long time on holds, calls not returned, wrong phone number for support in the unit, etc. etc. The plumber showed up at 10:45 pm (more than 2 hr and 20 min later) to remove the toilet to clear the line for the whole complex with the information that the floor would not be cleaned from the sewage water until the next day. We had to move to a hotel for the night. And the shower was still clogged the next morning. The cleaners showed up late morning to clean the floors. Vacasa has been unresponsive to our requests for reimbursement for the hotel, Uber, not to mention all the hours on hold and trying in vain to get someone to respond to the situation. Avoid this property and anything managed by Vacasa based on their continued lack of support and follow through.

Prefect getaway. Cozy and secluded with private access to the beach. Condo could use a fresh coat of paint, but the location is perfect.

Unit B is a large, 2 bedroom condo. The sliding glass door from the living room opens onto the pool deck. Beyond the pool is the beach! Perfectly situated for anyone looking to spend time outdoors on lovely Madeira Beach!

I've travelled the world on my company's dime and I'm accustomed to a certain level of comfort and luxe accommodations - this isn't the Ritz but it's quite comfortable and was well cleaned. The location cannot be compared - no one else rented the other units so my family had the entire site for 4 nights - it was splendid and relaxing! Pool and grounds are well kept , furnishings aren't new but do the job (we covered the sofa in beach towels as it really needs cleaned. The bed is comfy, lots of extra pillows. A few ants but nothing annoying. They provided everything but the clothes soap to wash your beach towels. Kayaks, great lounge chairs, beach seats - everything in good order. I'll be back for certain as this is a little slice of heaven on Mad Beach!

Would not refund or money when there was a mandatory evacuation for a hurricane. Could not even stay at the property.

We loved staying at this location! We have three children 6 and under and loved how everything was on the same level! We loved how close the pool and beach were for us! Everything was great.

We’ve stayed in Sugar Sands B (and A!) multiple times. The location can’t be beat. Close to restaurants, grocery, everything you need. We will be back for sure.

Loved the small setting. Didn't have to fight for parking or deal with lots of other tenants. Quiet. Unit while a bit older was clean. It could use a few updates but nothing that hindered the quality of our stay.

The location was great; 25 yards to the beach and walking distance to groceries, mini golf, bars and restaurants. This is very dated and in need of updating even if it’s just paint. The floor was filthy and constantly sandy. Area rugs and better mats outside the doors would help with that. The tv constantly buffered because the WiFi is inadequate. Bring your mobile hotspot. The pool deck needs replaced although that process was started months ago it’s still not been done and there’s currently plywood panels surrounding the work area that blocks your view of the beach. The area is quiet and the beach is beautiful.

Loved the location! Its great for a small family! The pool and beach are a step from each other. Its perfect. There was everything in the kitchen. Rooms were spacious and beds really comfortable! We stayed with our 2 year old and our 8 months old baby.

Property and location were excellent. House didn't have Steak knives, toilet paper and paper towels were cheapest available. Thankfully we brought our own since I've had this issue at other vrbo rentals. I feel people getting double rent cost in fees should provide same quality paper goods as they use in their homes!!! Would have been nice to know the pool decking was being worked on and there was wood blocking part of the pool. On 2nd day there, there were 6/7 kids and few adults showed up at pool and no cars in parking area. I called vrbo to see if they could send someone to remove them and after several minutes I was told a party of 15had the upstairs unit, if we had known we would have picked another location. Sounded like they were moving the pool table around and dropping balls all the time. Once again would have been nice to have known but I know it's not required from owners. Rented house inN.C. and owner emailed me 2days b4 trip and let me know he had some issues with his house and gave us opportunity to cancel and book another place. That was a great owner who showed they cared about their guest and not just making money. Too bad more on vrbo don't have that mentality. Oh well we made the best of it. Madeira Beach is a great place to visit and we will go back again. Reef and Frabottas were great places to eat and can walk to them from condo.

We were notified 2 days before we arrived of construction work on site ! Then the condition of the property was substandard When we complained to Vacasa they were slow to respond and then 24 hours later they finally approved a relocation that included two options that were no where near comparable! Overall we are completely dissatisfied and will never again trust this property or Vacasa !

Property was not worth the price. Very outdated. Outdoor area was not safe. Deck was rotted, rusty nails, pool was dirty.

We loved our stay so convenient and very private. The apartment had everything you needed and more. Will definitely stay here again!!

This place has a seemless check in/out process, access to everything you would need for the beach, and perfect location relative to beach and other attractions. They should really sell the outdoor shower because that was unique and maybe the only way we got my 5 year old to bathe. It also made it a great trip because the families that were staying in the other two rentals were cool too. This is an adorable place tucked in between two large places, and it was what we needed.

My family and I enjoyed this quiet clean beach spot. The place was comfortable and had all the necessities needed for a week stay. The access to the beach is perfect and the pool was heated and wonderful for my son to play in every day. The beach location is great with limited number of beach goers. This is great for families!! This rental property was great! Clean upon arrival, nicely updated kitchen, nice pool. Very close to the water with views of the Gulf from both the living room and master bedroom. It was so easy to get checked in, the location was perfect. It was far to anything you wanted to go do. This condo came with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to sand toys and chairs for the beach. Having the private beach area to me was the best part. There wasn`t alot of people sitting on top of me. Made my vacation very relaxing. I would definitely give this condo a 10 out of 10, for the location and how easy it was to get to the beach. Amazing trip with family and this place was so perfect for our three year old. Only two steps to the pool and then two steps to the beach! No lugging stuff back! We loved staying at your property! Everything was better than we anticipated quite honestly. We had read some recent reviews about crowding at the pool, poor wifi, and older property and I`m here to say we didn`t experience any of those issues. Really friendly, respectful other families sharing the pool/beach equipment, fast wifi, and really nice upgrades to the property (granite countertops and the most comfortable bed you`ll find in a rental).
