Absolutely, beautiful house Perfect location! Loved the set up Rooms, showers, hot tub plenty of towels, kitchen was supplied with everything we needed and more Perfect set up on porches, to relax and visit clean comfy beds Wanted to extend our stay for a few days Will book it longer next time!!

Extremely happy with the location and amenities offered. Only negatives where no propane for the outside fire pit and since I booked thru VACASA they where not able to replace it. Having a way to contact owners or reimburse for refill would be handy. And a few more towels would be nice. Overall we loved it. Plenty of space, beds in all rooms where Extremely comfy. Margarita maker was nice to have. Deck and lower level lounging spaces where amazing. Definitely would book again.

The home was everything we wanted and more! So accommodating and a short walk to the beach! Can’t wait to visit again soon!

This house is beautiful and has just about anything you might need. One thing I don't understand is why a home that sleeps so many has so very little seating in the living area. It's not just this rental property, the majority of the places we've stayed were also lacking adequate seating. The location is a short walk away from the beach where we found many amazing shells. Be aware that there are very few restaurants on the island and expect long waits to be seated. Overall our stay was wonderful and we'll definitely be back.

The house is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was the fact we were not prepared for all of the mosquitoes. Take mosquito repellent.

House and property were great. Suited us well for the occasion

We showed up to the power being out- not the owners fault, but due to bad weather. We got power back around 10 pm that night. For future renters, keep in mind that they ONLY supply 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 dishwasher tabs and 3 kitchen garbage bags and 3 black garbage bags. What that means, is regardless of how long you will renting this home for, you have to buy your own paper towels, soap for the dishwasher , toilet paper and trash bags. I have been renting vacation homes for over 15 years, and have NEVER had to bring my own toilet paper or dishwasher soap or trash bags. We stayed at this house from Friday to Wednesday, and ran out of these things on day 2. In my opinion, if you are renting out a vacation home, you should provide these things or note on the listing that the renters will have to bring these items along with them. The last thing I will mention that I did not like is that there were no instruction booklet. In every house I have ever stayed in, there is a binder with instructions. How to run/take care of the hot tub, how to leave the linens and just general instructions on the house. This is a beautiful house, very spacious and we had a good time .

First let me preface my review by saying this is a lovely house in a great location and we would definitely consider staying here again. There were just a few little things that could use some attention. I’ve stayed in a lot of houses, condos, etc. and the one thing that I feel is most important is to have an instruction sheet or notebook with any home and clean-up instructions including Wi-Fi password, restaurant recommendations, grocery stores, things to do in the area, etc. Thankfully, I’m very familiar with the area. However, I wasn’t familiar with the hurricane doors, how to turn on the fireplace, Wi-Fi, hot tub, and no instructions as far as what we were responsible for cleaning up, trash, what to leave thermostat on, etc. Again thankfully we’re seasoned travelers and probably left the house cleaner than it was when we arrived. Now, having said all of that, I do believe the prior renters were massive partiers and left the house in a huge mess including a few broken things and some “trash” we found. I think the clean-up crew did the best they could with the time they had considering we heard they even had to move furniture to clean up after the prior renters. The kitchen counters and floors were still a bit sticky. CONS: fire pit wasn’t working (we were notified prior), hot tub was cold (no instructions for it but we googled it), we replaced 4 light bulbs in the house, jets in master bath didn’t work, and there also could have been more bath towels but we had a washer and dryer. Again, nothing that ruined our stay. 😊 PROS: Beautiful, spacious house, nice size bedrooms and bathrooms, and loved the upstairs area!. Well stocked kitchen - things were a little in disarray but it wasn’t an issue. Beautiful wraparound deck with great views, short walk to the beach, nice downstairs area, front and back staircase with locking gates; great for pets and children. Convenient to the Big Store, golf cart rentals, a few restaurants, and donut shop. 15 miles from the ferry landing to Galveston. The staff was VERY attentive to our needs and even came over and showed us how to work the fireplace and hurricane doors! THANK YOU SO MUCH. We booked our family here for our son’s small beach wedding (7 of us total) and it was PERFECT! Overall it was a great experience once we figured everything out. Would still highly recommend and would stay here again!

This has been one of the best houses we have stayed, we enjoyed the location, the house how big and roomy it is! However, the fridge doesn’t seem to be cooling enough but overall it was great!

This beach house was beautiful. It’s great for a large group. About the only down fall was the gas fire place was not working and would have been really nice for our stay in the fall. And no gas in the fire pit. We had to go buy that.The hot tub was great but did have sand in it. Could have used a few more towels in the master bedroom. Tvs don’t have cable but that was posted we just didn’t see that until we got there.But would stay here again for sure.

The home, inside and out, is like a 5-Star Resort accommodation. The only missing is a live-in chef!

The view of the beach is great! We love the layout of them home and the outdoor spaces. The porch area has plenty of seating with a stunning view from all sides. The living room and kitchen is perfect for entertaining a large group. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities to cook a gourmet meal. The master suite and bathroom is amazing! The upstairs bunk loft is perfect for kids or extra guests complete with queen beds, large tv, and full bathroom. The beach is just a short walk from the house and also includes golf cart access. We will definitely back again! It’s perfect!

This was the perfect weekend getaway. We wished we had an extra day. It was perfect for our family. The kids loved it and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful beach house.

We booked this home as a last minute weekend vacation and we were throughly surprised. Great house especially for kids. The house has everything you could possibly need and everything is in the right place. It made life really ez. We are defiantly going back.
