Quiet urban neighborhood, convenient to the Festival in Fergus (12 minute drive). Bed was comfortable, room was neat and tidy, part of a newer townhouse. Never used the kitchen, so can't comment.

My room was not the one pictured in the listing; photos are my much smaller corner room upstairs. Too warm, even with the window open, No TV in the room, contrary to the listing. A computer monitor was present, not plugged in. Towels were put in the room, instead of the 'private' bathroom in the hall. No way to dry my hands unless I remembered to bring one with me. Rules/info sheet said not to put TP in the toilet, so I needed a towel! Too new to be having sewer issues?! My US-based cell wouldn't work there & couldn't access internet w/o a PW. While it WAS listed online (after booking), it was not on the info sheet. Used Tim Horton's wifi instead. Returned PM to a warm fridge - never turned on until I did it. The morning of my trip an email saying that a deposit (2X what I paid) was due upon arrival. News to me; they expected cash, but waived it once I arrived as there was no previous notation during booking. I can only assume the host is new to this, & needs to make changes to meet expectations of the guest. As an AirBnB host, I understand that things won't be perfect, but too many things here weren't clearly explained.

Rooms were fine

-Property owner was horrible -Falsely accused of having an overnight guest when he just came in to use the washroom when my boss picked me up for work. -Forced to change rooms mid-stay to accommodate for other guests. -Private bathroom is not inside the unit but actually in a different part of the home. -Falsely accused of smoking cigarettes inside the unit when it was actually the smell on my laundry

The location was perfect because I was visiting my niece who lived close by on the same street. It was very convenient as we didn't have our own transport, relying on my niece to take us out. The hosts were great, very friendly and helpful, showing us how to use the TV and setting up the WIFI for us. We would recommend this room to anyone visiting Guelph.

I recently stayed in a private room in Guelph and was absolutely amazed with the level of services provided. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a TV and a mini fridge. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Guelph.

The room was great, but not clean enough (there were some dusts) when I checked in, and nobody cleaned during my stay, although I was charged for cleaning for all 3 days.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place and it exceeded all of my expectations. The space was clean, and comfortable and had all of the amenities I needed for a great stay. The location was perfect and convenient for all of my needs. The host, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions I had. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this private room to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The room is very nice, spacious, has appliances and is very comfortable. The family is very warm and friendly. The environment is quiet and very nice. It is a good place if you are a student and the family is very respectful. I recommend it.

The location was not very good for me, as I didn't have a car, and if you don't have a car it is far from downtown, the university and places to shop. But if you have a car, it's perfect. I didn't know I had to pay $200 in cash for deposit, and the early check in was quite expensive for me because they charged hourly.
