The house is within a few minutes of the shops & restaurants in Edgartown and all else. Must have car. 6 twin beds and one queen amongst 3 bedrooms. Great water pressure. Easy parking.

The house urgently needs updates and maintenance. Beige sofa reeks of musty basement and should be replaced - the stench permeates the first floor. Microwave malfunctions and is prob a fire hazard. Coffee pot had mold and carafe spout broken; dining table is sticky due to old varnish; bed pillows are thin and ancient; all bedroom curtains are stained (from water intrusion?) It's more "backwoods cabin grade" than Martha's Vineyard chic. We replaced 3 lightbulbs while there. It could be so much better if the owner or rental company gave it the attention it deserves.
