We rented this villa for a week in September and had an amazing time! The villa is beautifully decorated and there is everything you could possibly need - we have never stayed somewhere with so much glassware and crockery! The outdoor area is lovely and the pool is the perfect size. The only little issue we had was a lack of sun umbrellas - there was only 2 and a lot of our party like full shade. Someone did come round after contacting the host but unfortunately due to some of the umbrella bases being broken they were unusable. We needed a travel cot and there were 3 in the villa but unfortunately they were slightly damp and mouldy but still usable after a bit of a clean! Neither of these issues made our stay less enjoyable and we had a brilliant week in the sunshine! I would recommend having a car as whilst the location is lovely and quiet it is off of main roads which don’t always have pavement so not the safest to walk along and is a fair distance from the main areas of Javea.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The villa is absolutely amazing, from the clean, calming decor to the facilities, both inside and outside of the villa. We took full advantage of the pool, hut tub, pool table and outdoor bar. There are also loads of books and board games for adults and kids. The kitchen was beautifully clean and so well stocked with everything you could ever need. The area is very upmarket and felt safe. There are also a couple of nice restaurants a 5 minute walk away. This is a real home from home and I’m sure many people would love to live in this villa. Highly recommend!

What an amazing villa, just returned from getting married in Xabia and this villa was incredible. From the smells in the house to the fantastic decor and high end finishes. The outside area was utterly incredible they have literally thought of everything. We played pool enjoyed the hot tub had a bbq and even had late night swims in the pool that felt like a bath. I can not thank you enough for our stay in your home we are hoping to return one day.

Absolutely blown away with this villa. It more than met the expectations we had when booking. Although the inside was beautiful the outside with the swimming pool, hot tub, pool table , table tennis and trampoline was wonderful and kept the whole family entertained. The seating and outdoor dining areas where a joy to relax in and overall a thoroughly fantastic holiday was had by all. We would definitely love to return to this wonderful villa. There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance but I would recommend a hired car for travelling further distances.

Fantastic week in the sun in a beautiful villa , the villa is well appointed inside and out with everything you could possibly need during your stay . The villa has modern appliances which make your stay even more special , the outside areas are fantastic and well maintained , we opted for the pool heating after asking for the owner Nick's advice as we were unsure about the water temperature at the time of our stay and it was a great choice as the family were in the pool day and night , the pool fountain is a great touch and adds to the overall experience of the outside area .The day started with the kids getting oranges off the trees in the garden and making fresh orange juice and ended with the adults in the hot tub with it's beautiful water jets .Nick and Leah (who looks after the villa for Nick) contacted us to ensure that everything was as we expected and to contact them should any issues arise. This is a beautiful villa to stay in with beaches and modern supermarkets only a 10 minute drive away although when we went out the kids wanted to get back to the villa and either play on the pool table or jump into the pool. This is a great villa to holiday in and would highly recommend a visit. , would highly recommend a visit.

Property was a very high standard. Everything described was there and better than expectations. Would definitely come back again. 10 adults and a baby, plenty of room, did not feel cramped at all. The pool area was amazing! Thanks you

The villa is absolutely stunning and far exceeded our expectations. Nick, Leah and the team were wonderful, attentive and very caring. Leah dealt with our one little hiccup with the gas bottle and was really helpful with restaurant and supermarket suggestions. We ate at both the Italian and the Tapas and both were superb. The little supermarket Saladar does take online orders and the service from them was terrific. All in all a wonderful holiday - I only marked down the location slightly as a car is required to get to most places although I think a bus does run regularly in high season and taxis are cheap as well. The flip side is that this is a lovely quiet residential location so perfect for lazy days by the pool.

Some very minor issues, but overall an excellent villa and provided a much needed rest for the family and friends. Spent almost the whole week by the superb pool.

Great place with all the amenities to stay in the villa or take a short ride to the beach front. Will definitely return.

The property was exactly as advertised. Beautifully presented throughout. As a group of 12 we had more than enough space both indoors and out. The host/owner was very attentive to all our needs . The outdoor space was especially well used buy our collective 6 children. The house was equipped with a basketball net and pool table and we also brought a pop up badminton set and had plenty of space for all. The pool is a great size and never felt overcrowded when most of the group were using it. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing break. We spent majority of our week in the Villa as it was so comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could ever need, multiple of everything serving bowl, trays etc. I could go keep going on, really enjoyed my stay!

Stayed for 2 weeks in mid June. As I drove from UK to the villa, I packed all the things that are normally missing on previous villa holidays I have taken. There was no need as the owner has thought of everything. The bikes that are supplied proved a great hit with the adults as there are some lovely beaches and coves within a 20 minute cycle ride. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens, 2 fridges and a 3rd next to the outdoor bbq. There is also every kitchen utensil you need, which makes cooking for a large group easier. Would thoroughly recommend staying at this villa.

This villa provided my family of 13 with everything adults and children could ask for, from the luxurious outdoor area providing shade if needed whilst watching kids in the lovely pool, to the luxurious interior which is furnished to an amazing standard. The location of this villa is set in a nice quiet area within easy access via short taxi ride to the lovely beach with restaurants,bars and shops. We chose to stay in most nights making full use of the outside bbq area which is a perfect size for cooking for a large family and the 2 fridges at the side meant always a beer nearby to cool you down whilst cooking. The seating area outside is perfect of a day for shade and also perfect for relaxing of a night. The children were never bored here with table tennis,pool table,basketball hoop, amazing swimming pool with shallow end for little ones and when that tired them out they sat and watched satellite tv which has all English channels and is independently connected to every tv. If you are thinking of booking this villa my advice would be to book quick as this must be one of nicest villas we seen when looking to book our holiday. Nick and his wife should be proud of themselves for the way this villa is presented and we look forward to hopefully returning. Thank you for an amazing stay in your luxurious villa, Paul

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this villa to celebrate a 60th birthday. We were a family of eleven of all ages. The villa surpassed expectations and was exactly as shown in photos. Communication with the owner with any queries was second to none, they were only too pleased to help. We particularly liked the outdoor cooking and eating area where we enjoyed many meals. There were many activities that kept the younger ones occupied from table tennis, bikes, pool table etc. We paid extra for the pool heating which I would recommend. We also enjoyed use of the hot tub which was included. Javea itself was beautiful, we liked the Arenal promenade area which had lots of great restaurants and a good sandy beach for the little ones. I must mention the local Indian restaurant located close to the villa, it is one of the best we have tried. Would I recommend a stay at this villa? Absolutely Go there, relax and have a great time.

We had an amazing holiday, you could not want for anything else. The on-site facilities are great the bikes, jacuzzi, basketball the list goes on. Only one very slight comment would be that the cleanliness of the villa on arrival bathrooms kitchen etc could of been better, but apart from that best villa we have rented in Javea in 30 years.

We have had an amazing time celebrating a special birthday, this stunning villa is an ideal property for occasions like this, I cannot recomend this property enough. With its very impressionable furnishings both inside and out, you have to actually stay there to appreciate how ideal it is, as the pictures of the villa are beautiful, but it really is better than that!! Definitely recommend it!!

We were 8 adults and 4 kids from Norway in the beautiful house for a week in July 18. There were plenty of space for all of us, both inside and outside. Amasing kitchen both inside and outside, and we used the the grill kitchen most of the time. The outdoor space is just like the picture shows, the pool is fantastic and we all enjoyed playing there. We also found several small beaches in the nabour hood, and the Arenal beach is wort to visit. We can easily give this appealing house five star and we loved it. Nick G. and his team really followed up on the issues and questions we had.

We had an amazing family holiday (6 adults and 6 children). The villa was spacious, clean and really well decorated. The facilities like the pool and hot tub were excellent. But what really made this extra special was the amazing service from Nick and his team to ensure we were well looked after. Things like milk and bread on arrival, a sat nav and great pack of how things worked and checking in to make sure we were happy. Nick even recommended an amazing paella and tapas caterer. We would highly recommend it

We were a family party ranging over three generations. The villa was perfect in every way i.e. television in every room, beautifully set out kitchen, large lounge and dining area. Outside was a beautiful swimming pool, 16 relaxing sun loungers, outside BBQ, outside dining for everyone. Hot tub, pool table, table tennis and basket ball net. SPOT ON!.

We have just returned from a wonderful family break in this stunning villa . There were quite a few of us (11 to be precise!) ranging in age from 74 down to 15 months and everyone was very impressed and extremely well catered for in terms of space and privacy . We arrived to find everything looking as it did in the pictures ; no disappointments whatsoever ! We had thoughtfully been supplied with some bits and pieces for lunch - we were all hungry after our journey but also had 2 ravenous teens to feed ! Nick couldn’t have been more helpful in providing a sat nav for our cab driver from the airport and helping us sort a hire car, and Mick and Annette were fab helping us get settled and providing useful local information . We had everything we could have needed in the villa - even a coffee machine ! A real home from home . The children had great fun with the table tennis and basketball as well as playing in the pool and we enjoyed some board games in the evening as well as visiting the nearby Arenal beach front , which was very family friendly and a great place to eat out. We would have loved to have made more of the fantastic outdoor seating / barbecue in the evenings but unfortunately the temperature dipped a little too low to allow this (unusual for this time of year. ) The Everest Spice restaurant just a short walk from the villa proved a hit with everyone in terms of both the food and friendliness . All in all we have had a wonderful break and were so glad we chose this fantastic villa in a beautiful setting. Thank you so much to Nick and his family and staff , we have some very happy memories to treasure and would definitely consider returning in the future .

Myself and my family booked this villa to celebrate my brother turning 60. My sister travelled from Dubai, my brother and his wife from Kent and myself, my husband and our 2 children aged 9 &12 travelled from Southampton. We were all absolutely thrilled when we arrived, the pictures on the website were perfectly accurate and the villa was beautiful and very spacious. Nick couldn't have been more helpful, and he even had a cake and a bottle of bubbly delivered for my brother on his big day. The pool was perfectly maintained and Nicks staff couldn't have been more helpful. The setting was quiet and to be honest for the first few days none of us wanted to leave the serenity of the villa. Both the inside and the outside were perfect offering loads of things for the children to entertain themselves with whilst the adults could sneak off to a quiet corner for an afternoon siesta. The villa is really well stocked with everything you should need and more. The outside BBQ are was our favourite evening space and later we would relax on the spacious outside sofa. The local pasta restaurant proved a hit too, with a lovely host, great food and wine, this was an easy walk from the villa. I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough, we had a very beautiful family holiday where we created some really beautiful family memories. We have just returned from a restful week at Casa Suenos. We were a large family group of all ages, young and old. The photos on the website were lovely but actually the villa is simply beautiful and the photos don't do justice to how stunning it is. On arrival the owners had provided us with essentials needed to get us through without that manic first hour shop! This was greatly appreciated after a long day travelling and a lovely touch to start our holiday. The villa itself is very homely and has a really welcoming feel to it. It has been lovingly renovated by the owners and designed beautifully. The interior furnishings are new and very stylish. The bedrooms were also beautiful, in particular the master bedroom looking out onto the pool...simply stunning. There is every mod con you could wish for. Plenty of hangers in all wardrobes, washing machine, tumble dryer, extensively equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you would need at home, not to mention activities outside such as trampoline, bikes, basketball net, ping pong table, pool table etc. Our children were able to entertain themselves without that constant "Mummy I'm bored!" They have also had a wonderful holiday and want to go back which is a first for them! One concern on holiday is always the children's safety but with the villa being totally enclosed with electronic covered gates we didn't have any worries. The children were able to freely wander around without any concern. The swiming pool is large and able to fit us all plus inflatables! There is a shallow end with steps which was perfect for our non swimmers. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be returning. Thankyou so much for letting us borrow your beautiful home!

The wonderful pictures on this website, really don’t do this villa justice. There isn’t a single thing that you want for, just provide your food and drink and you are good to go. We really didn’t want to leave the villa, different barbecue every day. The outside area is truly magical. Our grandson arrived in the car on Saturday morning, and didn’t leave the villa again until the following Saturday morning. From the moment we booked a villa, to when we left nothing was too much trouble. Nick the owner, answered all our emails by return, special thanks to Jeff, who maintains the pool, for local tips about the area, but also for the ‘pool chalk’ I can’t recommend this villa enough, pure luxury.

Lovely villa, exactly as the pictures show. Well equipped, you will not need anything apart from food and drink. Owners lovely and very responsive to messages. One grumble that is not the owners fault is the gardeners came to trim hedges but did not ring the bell or anything just walked straight round the back where we were all sunbathing - could have been awkward 😝
