Electrical dangerous/ death risk. Lack of corresponding big time. Had no key with kids waiting. Already cancelled villa last minute then all this. Numerous concerns.

Sauberkeit schlecht (!): -tote Fliegen/ Spinnen an den Wänden -Küche: Geschirr, Besteck, Schubladen nicht sauber -Ofenrost/ Blech schmierig/ schmutzig! -Spülmaschine nicht sauber -Regale in den Schlafräumen sehr staubig -Regale in der Küche klebrig- Gläser (die schmutzig waren) mussten auch aus diesem Grund abgewaschen werden -Kopfteil vom Bett sowie Nachttische/ Ecken sehr (!!) staubig Ausstattung sehr schlecht(!): -nur zwei Gabeln (für 4 Personen gebucht & 4 Betten vorhanden) -nur 3 Wassergläser -kein Haken für Handtücher im Bad - keine Handseife vorhanden - nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier ! Sonstiges: -Betten mussten selbst abgezogen werden - bei dem Preis sollte sowas inbegriffen sein -kein Personal! Keine Check-In Daten- keine Reaktion auf Nachrichten!!! Erst auf Nachfrage in der Strandbar in der eine Liste aushängt, erhielten wir eine Info. -Strandabschnitt wirkt ebenfalls sehr trostlos/ nicht einladend dort baden zu gehen (entspricht nicht den Bildern !) -insgesamt wirkt die Anlage sehr (!!) heruntergekommen - unser Apartment war von außen eins der „Schöneren“ und selbst das war sehr lieblos- nichts wie auf den Bildern! -runtergekommen/ trostlos/ trist -Schlüsselkasten sehr rostig, ließ sich schwer öffnen

We liked the location as it was close to a little bay where we could swim each day. Parking was easy and pretty cheap for Cornwall. Close to many fishing villages and had good access to the south coast pathways so we could walk from Millendreath to Looe and Seaton.

We weren’t provided access information for the property so couldn’t gain access on arrival. We called the ‘emergency’ number but are still waiting for someone to answer our call! We had previously messaged to ask for specific details, but again we are still waiting for someone to answer those messages. Thankfully we were able to find someone at the bar to help us. Not ideal that we had to walk around to find help and were left unanswered. The property is very tired compared to the pictures and could do with some maintenance work to fix the issues. Curtains hanging off broken hooks, shower doors that leak all over the floor each time you use them, stained sheets, a hairdryer so blocked with lint that we had to clean it before it would work continuously. We felt it wasn’t worth reporting any of these issues as we still hadn’t had our first contacts answered by the property.

Proximity to the beach was really good and the chalet was well laid out and had everything that you would need for a short stay. The staff at the beach cafe and water sports hire shop were lovely, helpful and all working really hard.

Some of the fittings and utensils were a bit tired and worn and a lot more could have been made of the balcony. It would have been nice to have a few more consumables, like hand soap, a couple more dishwasher tablets and a spare toilet roll.

Staff at the cafe was extremely helpful when we couldn’t use the WIFI or check in as we wasn’t given the key safe number. Easily sorted. Beds extremely comfortable, excellent value for money.

Shower drain cover came off and was quite dirty. Balcony was amazing size and views but lacks privacy when you have neighbours, some bamboo screens or something similar would have made it so much better.

The location is perfect.

If the property was a little better maintained it would have been amazing. It was very dirty. Beds u comfortable. Blind in kids room broken, just lacked some love and attention. Other than that it’s perfect

A nice quiet location in the beach. The apartment was clean, and fairly modern inside. Comfortable bed.

The shower wasn’t great, it worked well but it wasn’t very powerful. The Wi-Fi is our unit didn’t work, but after emailing we were provided with other Wi-Fi’s we could use. There were not really any staff on site apart from a maintenance man. We didn’t get any communication on how to check in, we had to ask in the beach bar and thankfully they had our code to get our key from the safe box.

The apartment and the views were lovely.

No WiFi on first night. No response to telephone for help no one on site duration of our stay. No mention on advert that it was not suitable for someone with walking disability 72 steps with some steps no handrail

We had a lovely stay and was on the whole happy with the accommodation. The property was well equipped, bright and airy. Generally, the property was clean, with just a little dust on ledges The bed very comfortable and we both slept well. Lovely view

There was an odd stale drain smell in the bathroom that seemed to come from the shower that was a little off putting, though the smell wasn’t so noticeable whist showering. There was areas of the accommodation that is a little tired. However, we ended the stay on a low. The instructions tell you that at the end of the stay you must strip the bed. Unfortunately, when I did this I found unpleasant stains on the mattress protector. If this is the requirement, the very least the housekeeping staff can do is ensure the mattress cover is clean. It is for this reason that we scored the cleanliness so low.

No internet and no communication as tried to inform them but had no response also have left my coat there and have had no response

Amazing place gor a family break get wee bar and restaurant 2 minutes walk and right on the beach but the parking can be a bit of a pain u have to park in the carpark not outside the apartment great location

Great for the family great food

The apartment (no 60) was very clean, warm and had everything we needed. They even put the heating on for us. Brilliant. We would definitely recomend this.

The internet went off and the TV only had a few channels available. Maybe an instruction booklet should ne provided.

A nice quiet and almost secluded location. We got a nice clear evening and I have never seen so many stars in the sky, that mixed with the sound of the waves crashing off the rocks was an absolute pleasure to my ears.

The shower was very low in pressure (this is being really picky though) it worked fine I just prefer a strong shower that is all.

the location was lovely , we love Millendreath as a location.

i must say, it was disgusting! we had blood on our pillows … we only found this due too having to strip our own beds .. the dishwasher was leaking everytime you put it on. The shower has mould in and general hygiene around there was not up to standard. the fridge door was broken. stains up the curtains. sandy bedsheets on arrival. damaged flooring i totally understand it was a very small costing place, but general hygiene should he there. also - we were provided 4 towels (one each family of 4) but nowhere to wash the towels provided. meaning we had to use the same dirty towel for 5 days … lack of facilities inside the accomodation. hole in the wall crack in the glass door
