Accettiamo 21 e fino !!!!Ecco la nostra nuovissima casa che si trova all'estremità occidentale della spiaggia. È appena stato rinnovato con nuovi pavimenti, nuovi letti, mobili, stoviglie ed elettrodomestici. Si trova a 55 metri dalla spiaggia. Solo una breve passeggiata e ci sei!
Quando guidi fino a casa hai un vialetto che si avvolge sul retro della casa. C'è un parcheggio sufficiente per quattro veicoli nel vialetto e ha anche un box auto. Hai tre ingressi alla casa. La porta d'ingresso che conduce nel soggiorno, la porta del garage che conduce al corridoio al piano di sotto e la porta posteriore che conduce nella camera da letto sul retro e in cucina.
Quando varchi la porta principale, vedrai l'ampio soggiorno aperto con molti posti a sedere. C'è anche un divano letto matrimoniale nel divano. Alla tua destra vedrai le scale che portano al secondo piano. passato c'è la cucina con un nuovissimo frigorifero isola, piano cottura, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Abbondanza di spazio sull'armadio in alto e in basso. Hai la tua sala da pranzo che consiste in un grande tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 6 persone. Sul lato opposto della cucina si trova una porta che da 'su una stanza a schermo chiusa / sala da sole che avrà un letto a castello. Il letto inferiore è il letto full size e il letto superiore è un letto singolo. Questa stanza ha anche una porta che conduce al cortile sul retro.
Dall'altro lato del soggiorno (andando a sinistra dalla porta principale) entrerai in un corridoio. A sinistra avrai la tua camera da letto principale con un letto king size e bagno privato. Quando esci di nuovo nel corridoio, se vai a destra, sarai alla porta del garage. All'interno del garage hai una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size e una doccia chiusa. C'è anche un lavandino di fango accanto alla lavatrice e all'asciugatrice.
Salendo le scale esce in uno spazio aperto che si affaccia sul soggiorno. hai una porta che ti porta su un piccolo balcone dove troverai una vista meravigliosa sull'oceano e sul tramonto. Il proprietario si metterà a letto al 2 ° piano dove si affaccia sul soggiorno, anche se non siamo ancora sicuri che sarà un letto singolo o full size. I cannot recommend this place enough! We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect place. The home is incredible, with the perfect layout and amenities. Not only is the house gorgeous, but the management is truly some of the best I have ever interacted with. Lisa, the property manager, was so accommodating and an absolute joy to work with. This location was a VERY short walk to the beach and a few cute coffee shops, some food/bars, and an uber ride to anything under the sun. Lastly, the home was extremely clean and comfortable! STAY HERE.

Why the title? It’s simple. We have rented many beach houses since 2015, and all of the rentals have been the same until this one. Reserving the house was a breeze - the communication before arriving - super fast and informative - paying for the house before arrival was the most relaxed, non-stressful method ever. To be honest, I was worried we were being scammed up until the day we arrived, when all those worries were put to rest. The house is real - the person on the other end of the phone is actually that nice and the house was exactly as described. Rent with them and you will not be disappointed.

From start to finish, very east and transparent. The property is amazing. There is plenty of room and the pool area is a great chill spot. They have everything in the kitchen you need to prepare any meal you want, complete with outside grill. Will absolutely stay here again

We all absolutely loved our stay!!!!! Great communication. Lisa is great to deal with and the house was very spacious and pictures dont do justice! Loved having our private pool after a long day at the beach for kids to play and relax. The house was great. Very spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. I did want to suggest removing the gravel flower bed on the side of the house so there is more parking. Our kids and grand kids loved the private pool, we had a great vacation other than the week going by too fast and would definitely rent again.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The only thing we recommend is that you have more necessities to accommodate large parties. There was 12 of us and not enough towels and no sheets and blankets for the let out couch. But we made due. That house was absolutely beautiful. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach.

The pool was very nice and the house was a quick walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-appointed and the booking company was quick to answer my questions before booking and during my stay. This house served our purposes for this trip but we will most likely not stay there on future trips. I wish I had known the following things before I arrived: -guests in my party would be walking through my bedroom constantly to get to/from the pool (the other options were to walk through the sunroom bedroom then come in the pool area through a tall gate or to go out the front door of the house and then walk all around the house to the adult-sized gate) -gas for the grill is not furnished -rooms have either curtains or blinds, not both, and it can get really bright in the bedrooms -almost all of the poolside chairs were broken and unable to support the weight of an adult.

This home was clean and in a great location just a few minutes to walk to beach. The kids enjoyed the pool! The only discomfort was the mattresses in the two upstairs bedrooms-they are too thin for adult sleepers but should be ok for kids). We definitely recommend this property. The checkin process was also very easy.

When we arrived there was a very polite lady bringing some supplies to the house. She showed us around and we were very impressed. She even straightened up chairs by the pool as we looked. The place was very clean and so cute. The house is a very short walk down the street to the beach. There are 2 access bridges to the beach right at the end of the street. You do have to cross a main street to the access points but the traffic is slow and most vehicles will stop to let you cross. Having the pool was a great asset too. Plenty of parking in the driveway. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay again!

The house was perfect for our spring break getaway with our own pool and easy access to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner every night. I just wish the weather was warmer. Thanks

Great Home with a Private Pool close to the Beach
The house and property were in great shape and allowed us to have a nice little vacation while still isolating from others during the Coronavirus period of life. A few things that were important to us were a master bedroom and living space (kitchen, dining room, living room) all the main level with no stairs to enter that space. My father-in-law is older and needed access without that. This place was perfect for that. The pool was also accessible without any steps which was great. The beach was a little further away that the advertisement stated but that was not a problem for us. It was 200 yards to the Beach Pier.

Upon arrival we had a major problem. The house I had initially rented for the week was occupied and we had not been notified before driving over 8 miles. The trip had even been confirmed the week prior with no mention that it had been cancelled. Once I was finally able to get the owner on the phone and she realized that we indeed weren’t notified or refunded our money she found us somewhere else to stay, one of which was this lovely rental. This house was absolutely PERFECT. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again! The distance to the beach is amazing! Everything was clean including the pool!

The only complaint I have is that it was originally advertised as a stay for 12 people. We had 11 people and the owner knew this. However, there was only enough room for 10 to sleep there. When I called and asked about this, she informed me that the other bed to sleep the last 2 had been removed. She told me I could purchase an air bed and would be reimbursed. I purchased the air mattress and left it there but was never reimbursed. That was very frustrating and I lost money which really was upsetting.
