فطور الصباح كان لذيذ و متنوع و فيه كل الاطباق و الموضفون بشوشين و الاطلالة خيالية من الغرفة حتى لم يصدق اصدقائي اني في تونس

اثناء النوم كان في ازعاج في الطوابق العلوية حيث مانو ينضفون و يجرون الكراسي انصح الفندق انا يفرش سجادات تغطي كامل الغرفة في الغرف مثل اللتي موجودة ب الممرات

Well maintained hotel.

I felt bored. Only one restaurant as an option for food. Expensive, but not worth it.

J’ai aimé surtout l’emplacement et l’accueil du personnel.

La bouffe n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Pour un hôtel 5*, on s’attendait à une qualité meilleure et avec plus de variétés. Vu le prix du séjour, je pense que la cuisine et le buffet sont à revoir.

La propreté, le thalasso, le chef cuisinier gastronomique et sa cuisine savoureuse, la vue époustouflante, le carde calme et agréable. Cet hôtel est une fierté pour la région

La fille de l’accueil de ce matin qui a essayé de nous faire payer le petit déjeuner en espèce sans facture. Probablement de mèche avec le gars qui s’occupe de l’inscription des clients qui prennent les repas. Bref des pratiques non dignes d’un hôtel qui se prétend de ce niveau.

The whole stayed at Royal Tulip Korbous was great. At the reception, Sofiane greeted and helped us accommodate with our stay, excellent customer service. The room was we had gave us perfect view of the Mediterranean sea and the pool. All areas were very clean. Food was super delicious, great variety, great presentation, and we enjoyed after our dinner,the pine nuts tea at the little tea place I definitely recommend this hotel and we do plan to go back.

I would have liked that more of the staff members to communicate in English Better snack selection at the pool section

Very nice hotel,very professional staff especially the receptionist Sofiene was ver helpful. I will recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to relax and enjoy the nice view.

Everything was so excellent about this hotel—especially the amiable staff at the reception from the door. It was so quiet around, a lovely place to rest. I regret that we did not have time to go to the spa as, unfortunately, they close a bit early

Perhaps an issue with coordination from Booking as we thought we booked for a half-board. Perhaps prices should be clearer in the future. Hence, the staff were friendly and offered solutions to resolve this.

The location is just wow! The hotel itself is also super nice, with the staff giving the highest standard of service and always greeting you with a smile.

A personal preference of mine is always a free standing shower in the bathroom - so the bathroom lacked a bit in this regard. Would also love to see a gift shop, where you can purchase essentials (such as sunscreen).

The hotel was beyond beautiful and relaxing the stuff are very nice and the service provided by them was very good without forgetting the breathtaking vue .. the food was amazing as expected and the director was so professional and friendly.. we really had good time there we will definitely come back thank you for a good service ..

Overall, I had a great experience, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic view and breathtaking sunset. And the best of all is the the restaurant was fantastic and the food was delicious.

Beautiful sea view. Very nice and large pool. Many spa and thalasso services available at reasonable prices.

Very isolated and far from Tunis, with nothing around, making it extremely difficult and expensive to get transportation to and from Tunis. Staff lack professionalism, and many were overly « friendly ». The hotel was very empty so only one restaurant was open. Unfortunately, this hotel still needs work to deserve its 5 stars.

So far the only good point is the room cleaning. Perfect see view room specially during sunset

Shortage or not enough qualified personal in the restaurant that I wait too much time to get simple stuff as empty glass. Food diversity and quality not for 5 stars hotel and too many flies in the restaurant
