There was nothing we liked at the property.

Was a terrible surprise arriving at this common house in Hemet. There were two elderly sisters wandering around on walkers. We had no space to ourselves. These smokers occupied the terrace so that was not use-able, nor any common space without bumping into them. They yelled at each other late at night. The dishes were piled up on the drying rack, the bedroom windows were so dirty you could hardly see out. How in the world can they charge over $100 per night and pretend they are a guesthouse??? Would not stay there again if we were paid. They need to be honest with what they are doing there. If it was the whole house for $100 that would be one thing, but renting all the rooms???

Absolutely everything was grade a we very very much enjoyed our time very relaxing stressless I would almost say that it saved my relationship

Couldn't locate. I was expecting a commercial establishment; it was a private home. No way to get instructions on gaining entrance. I gave up and had to book elsewhere. A waste of time and $$$.

I have experience nothing but the best service I can ask for.

Everything is and will be amazing because I feel like I’m cared for tremendously at this property.

There isn't anything I didn't like about this room, I love it!

The prompt service was amazing and the area was so quiet, the cleanest stay we have had in months . Very nice we will visit again within our travels

The room was a good size and the bathroom was a full bath. The only odd thing was that there was only a saloon type door on the toilet room. But there was a curtain also, to provide a little more privacy. An electric heater was provided, and heated up the room quickly. Storage in the refrigerator and freezer was available. which was very convenient. There was also a coffeemaker, but I couldn't figure out how to work it, unfortunately. It was like the parts didn't actually fit properly. However, someone had made coffee in it before we were there, so I'm guessing it did work. Maybe some instructions with it would have been nice. There were dishes and pans in the kitchen, so if we had wanted to cook some food we could have. The other guests were quiet, and coming and going from the house was easy.

The parking was a bit of a problem. The street was a busier one than we had thought it was, looking at it on Google. Only street parking was available, and the amount available was limited by driveways and mailboxes. We had to park several houses down from the facility. I worried about someone breaking into the car, or stealing the catalytic converter, but nothing actually happened, so maybe the street being a bit busy was a good thing. ;-) So while the situation worried me a bit, it wasn't actually a big problem. We were given two clean towels on arrival, but no washcloths. The only thing available to use for washcloths were paper towels (or hands). This is not my preferred way to wash up, though it was adequate for a couple of days stay. Next time I would bring a couple of washcloths with me.

Found hair in sheet's. You could tell it came from the laundry though so the sheets were clean.
