We stay in the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work so it was so terrible to walk down the stairs with our luggage and when we told the receptionist she didn’t offer a discount for the next booking, we do travel often as they can see it..

Very nice hotel in the middle of town. Easy access to everything, and the breakfast was fantastic! The room was very nice and comfortable. I appreciated the side table for my c-pap machine and was able to sleep without worrying about my hose!

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, we live in town and stayed while our home was being treated for termites. Great staff, very clean, good breakfasts.

There are not a lot of great hotel options in Hemet, and I always feel safe going with the Hampton Inn. This was probably one of the least positive experiences. I’ve had there, but even that said, I would still choose it again over some of the other local options. The room had some issues with cleanliness that gave me pause (or example, random hairs on the bathroom soap dish and around the bathroom floor), and I will go out of my way to avoid ever staying in #125 again because it was across from the laundry room, and the staff kept opening and closing dryer doors at 6 AM, which I could hear clearly from my bed. Otherwise, this hotel is pretty consistent.

I very much enjoyed my stay and the room was clean and comfortable. The Zero shampoo and Conditioner in the shower might be very Eco friendly, but didn't make a hit with my hair.

We always book here when visiting Hemet and it’s always a great stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and quiet at night the beds very comfortable. Highly recommend due to their consistent service.

It's by far the most beautiful hotel in town. The rooms are just basic, but they have a small couch and a desk which makes it great for business trips. Breakfast is a big plus. A step above your basic Continental Breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.

The size of the room was huge which made it even better using the sofa bed there was still massive room to walk around the batroom was very very clean and plenty of room there also ( just my personal opinion there are never enough towels for whatever reason maybe put body wash along side of the shampoo thats already there) I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast that was offered alittle something for everyone to enjoy I would absolutely stay at this location again if need be Thank you Hampton Inn fir such a great and comfortable stay!!

I was very surprised by the rating of this hotel, and when you arrive. The hotel amenities are outdated in some of the rooms. I have several complaints to the front desk who told me everything was rain weather related. My heater did not work. My TV did not work. It was just a horrible experience. Customer service rep didn’t even acknowledge you or apologize. They just said well they were busy and that’s it.

The handicap shower sprayed water all over the curtain which leaked onto the floor which made it dangerous for my elderly mother and aunt. The ceiling is thin and we could hear everything the neighbor upstairs was doing from walking to sitting on the bed. It was very annoying.
