we booked apartments on the ground floor, called "Iris", looks totally like in pictures. it has big balcony, nice patio, towels, air-cons in every room. nice blackout roller shutters, kitchen utensils, including coffee machine (capsules) and nice fridge. hosts (Morphia ans Savvas) are online and always ready to help. territory around the house is private, with some benches, trees, BBQ, table. oh, and washing machine! this was extremely nice and useful. we were with our 3 years old son, so we can say that apartment and house yard is safe for the baby and locked where it's should be

for first days there was no WIFI. but we've been told that it was provider problems with cabel. indeed, after that wifi was quite ok. but speed is really a problem for all island, so nothing could be done by hosts

We spent a week there. The place was perfect, very spacious rooms with terrace, well-equipped kitchen and living area, nice bathroom. The locations is also perfect for shops, bus stops and reaching the closest beaches in Faliraki. Morfia, the owner is a super friendly, very kind person, extremly helpful and always available if needed. When we arrived she and her husband were waiting for us and showing around everthing. Also a very nice garden with BBQ and the washing facilities is a plus. wifi connection was perfect too.

Arriving to the Apartment, a very kind and hospitable owners, Morfia and her husband were waiting for us on the spot, they helped us to carrying out our luggages from the car, after that they presented the entire accomodation and the equipment, so handed over the apartment, and informed us every important things. We loved a nice, and calm garden with bbq equipment, and safe car park. The location of Green Apartment is very good - many supermarkets, shops bars and tavernas are within a short distance by walk. The sandy Kathara beach is 10 minutes walk distance.

we were basically satisfied with everything, the area was quiet, very well located, suitable bed linen and towels were available, all equipment worked flawlessly - it was very good that there was a washing machine, perfect wi-fi internet connection was available throughout the accommodation

The property had everything that a family of 4 could need. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The space is very large with a nice balcony and the location is just off the main highway and walkable to the beaches and the city center. The hosts, Morfia and Eric, were the best! They are incredibly kind and helpful. They were able to assist us with anything we needed and were so friendly and nice, introducing our kids to Greek food, giving great recommendations and always being accommodative. When we come back, we will not hesitate to stay here again. We loved it!!

Very good shape, all you need in the equioment, private parking on site, nice garden. Very communicative owners, Bazzaar supermarket accross the street.

Bathroom - 1.door hard to close and open. 2.shower only with carefull use, otherwise water flooding of the bathroom Beds could be wider, but ok. Close to the main road Rhodos - Lindos, therefore noise from the traffic, but not top bad.

Super clean, really well equipped, good shower and good kitchen. The owner was fantastic. She is super, super friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Location good. Highly recommend. Had a great time.
