The location was great, right in the middle of town with easy driving access to the north Norfolk coast. The apartment was a great place to come back to after our days out. The decor was modern, stylish and exceptionally clean. We would definitely return.

Holt lovely town full of independent stores. Short walk from the house. Nice house, pleasant decoration, clean, with high end appliances. Owner met us and offered information and ideas for places to visit etc.,
Instruction leaflets for the appliances. Otherwise excellent.

The location was good , nice and quiet.
Could have done with more tea towels, instructions for the hob would have been useful, managed to find them on line though. Need to check use by dates on uht milk that was left, not usable , 2 months out of date.

The location, the cleanliness of the place, the decor, the outdoor seating area, comfortable sofa.
I would have preferred a king size bed. There were no tea towels or dish cloth provided. Larger wine and beer glasses needed!

Apartment above bedroom was a bit noisy with people walking about at 7am but no reflection on our apartment.

So clean, organised and tidy. Beautifully presented property. We were very comfy, perfect for a family stay.
Little bit of noise from guests upstairs at night but host was on it! Thank you.

Everything was perfect, a lot of time and effort has gone into this place, the final finishings are on point even down to the pictures on the walls! The host is super organised! Had no issues checking in. You even get your own parking space 2mins down the rd so it's free to park and super safe, I would 100% go back and would definitely recommend, you even get a top.of the range kitchen with high end appliances and a coffee machine👌🏼

The property was perfect. decorated beautifully through out, spotlessly clean, modern bathroom and kitchen and 2 minutes from everything in Holt. parking was just up the road in a designated area for people staying in holiday properties..highly recommend
Nothing really . I messaged the owner about there not being enough towels for the 4 of us and he was round in a flash with more.

Lovely house, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Some lovely touches including decent coffee! Excellent location. Comfy and warm. Will definitely be back (tempted to put in a bad review to keep the price down and availability high!)
10 minutes of radiator banging in the morning as they heated up, but not a big issue and didn’t detract from all the good points.
