The property is precisely on the cliffs in front of the sea. The massive patio with the sunbeds and the large umbrella was a must. The size of the room and the location (two minutes walk from the best sand beach in Mesachti), is a big plus.

The mattress could be better and the size of the TV according to the size of the room. There was no air conditioning but a big fan instead.

The location with a spacious terrass above waves crashing on the rocks. A spacious 2 room apartment with excellent facilities esp. the kitchen and bathroom bigger than usual. It is on the main road so it was an advantage to be able to close the door at the front at night Sofia is very helpful and kind.

Nothing really. It would have been helpful if Booking.com described the location of advertised accomodation more accurately as the whole area is called Armenistis. This is a 20 min walk from the village sharing the structure with another hotel - who would know that. when booking for both!!

Huge room, big kitchen, comfy bed, good wifi, big balcony right on the sea! As we were there late in the season we were the only guests so it was lovely and quiet! Great value for money to get an amazing view!

The floor was absolutely filthy and inside the kitchen cupboards smelled horribly of damp. The shower drenched the floor and we couldn't open the bathroom window.

The veranda was great as was the location between the two beaches. The walk to town for groceries was a little far but manageable.

The mattress on the bed we had was a little uncomfortable.

I loved the sea view and the ability to gaze the stars at night.

The Rooms are situated between two beaches which are very nice, and it‘s also close to Armenistis and even Christos. It‘s like one house with many studios, but the walls are thick and we never heard anyone. Every room has a balcony. The kitchen is nice and features a cooking oven with two stoves, a toaster, a fridge and a water cooker. The rooms are spacey and the beds very comfy. The view is amazing and you can swim immediatly in the morning by taking the stairs down to the smooths rocks that lead into the water. Theres a restaurant next door that looks nice, too. Sophia is very friendly, calm and uncomplicated. The whole building is well built and pretty new i think. The price was reasonable.

Lovely location, big clean room with terrace and sunbeds, very good value for money. Right next to the two beaches and a lovely taverna next door.

Bed a little hard and very flimsy pillows, fridge needs replacing as our bottles of water kept falling out of the door when we opened it. Also a section if rust on the front. It is a 15- 20 minutes walk to the small village where the tavernas etc are.

The best localization I have ever seen. Fantastic place and breasthtaking view. Very comfortable room with small kitchen. Bath very good. Grand terrace with table and dechchairs. You can sleep under the stars. The little small kitty visited us, it was charming... Thank you.

The microwave and toaster ware but not function.
