Third year staying here and things were worse. Prices up and suite was very weirdly layed out. Large living room had a tiny tv on the wall. Frankly very disappointed this stay.
This hotel used to be a bargain but now there are better hotels for the money.
Only bright spot was the breakfast that was great just like years past. Michael’s friendly service and great food made us feel right at home.

We have stayed here twice. This time they put two holds on the room totaling $300, for a room we already paid for on hotels.com .
The staff is friendly enough when you are checking. No help trying to resolve this issue.
First stay, the tv was falling out of the wall and we had to call them to take care of it.
This stay the bathroom door is splitting at the bottom and there is a crack in the toilet.

I went to this motel and was glad I did. Yes, I saved money but it was centrally located which made it easy for me to get around. The room was clean throughout. The breakfast was really good and had everything you could want. I will be back again.

wifi connection was extremely weak. Instructions were given to operate the tv remote controls, but one of the remotes didn't have batteries. There were actually instructions on how to get more batteries at the front desk. However the correct type of battery was not available at the front desk. Eventually staff brought a new set of batteries.

This facility has been remodeled nicely. The rooms, pool and other areas are clean and attractive. Great value for the price. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I probably should have seen the writing on the wall when I called and I was going to get there around 2:00 p.m., and she said that she would go ahead and wave the early check-in fee. I told her I've traveled for over 40 years and I've never heard of an early check-in fee like she was doing me a favor. I got to the room and there was no ice bucket so I tried to call to the front office and of course the telephone in the room was not working. Then the TV and cable was not working and I waited for a person to come up from maintenance and this person did not speak English so we were able to finally communicate. When it was getting dark I discovered three lamps out of four possibles broken and didn't work. The worst was the bottom enamel finish on the bathtub looked Brown and it was terrible. The only saving grace was the beds and pillows were comfortable.

From check in to check out, our entire experience was great! Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and gave plenty of options. We will definitely come back!

Stayed here during hurricane Milton. Room was clean and cool. Only one small complaint; only one lightbulb worked out of the 3 lamps. Brrakfast was decent and everyone was friendly. Easy and convenient.

Hurricane Milton was headed our way. I reserved 3 rooms on Hotels.com which meant that each person would be paying for their own room. The front desk made the check-in for each of us a breeze. Also, met the breakfast attendant and one of the housekeeping staff. Absolutely the nicest, friendliest and help staff.

Excellent for the price! The shower hadn’t been cleaned and there was hair and a dirty rag on there, but basically everything else was great. Good price, good breakfast, friendly staff, cute rooms.

They’ve really taken the Time to remodel the hotel really nice job painting flooring however, for me, the bed was too stiff but overall, I would stay there again

Overnight to visit family, bed was a little lumpy and was firm but able to sleep OK. Small but tasty breakfast buffet, took a nice swim in the pool afterwards and it was nice and clean.

Rented Presidential suite (which should not be called that just becuase of space), king bed squeaked on very movement made. Sofa bed has two twin mattress that were stained and completely out of shape not to mention spring mesh that makes it a sofa bed had missing spring causing the mattress to lay sideways. Shower was not draining after showers. Had to call front desk because refrigerator wasnt working, then when I was brought a smaller fridge that one leaked all over the floor.

I was skeptical about staying here even though it was recommended by someone I trust. We enjoyed our stay. It was more than I expected for a motel. It was nice and clean. The grounds were very well kept and the pool area was really nice, clean and relaxing. The beds could be a little more comfortable. I don’t know about the breakfast because I didn’t eat any. Just know it was offered. Other than that, I have no complaints. I would definitely stay again.

I was surprised the room was quiet though near I95. Staff friendly and helpful. Room near pond very quiet. Breakfast excellent. Michael, the chef, made different food selections each day. A drive to many choices of beaches. An array of food options nearby as well. Would definitely recommend this place to stay!!

This property is not the nicest, but it is clean and looks good enough for a hotel you are going to just sleep. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Room was nice mostly clean - bathroom needed some extra tlc - tub paint was peeling - otherwise a good value for the money

This is an older place that's been updated, with the exception of the bathroom area. I liked the plantation shutters, but they do allow light thru from the parking lot lights. The breakfast was good. With a little more updating, it will be really nice. I would stay again.

Older motel; looked to be redone/redecorate, but cheaply; very clean; don’t like the older motels with outside doors and windows right by the door; it was good value for the type of motel it was, but would not choose to stay there again.
