Was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. The courtyard was very pretty. The floors were not very clean and our chair had holes in it.

The noise made by the other hotel guests was the worse than I've ever dealt with in Las Vegas! I let it go thinking it'd stop and finally fell asleep. However, then the noise woke me up at 2:00 AM so I called the front desk to complain it continued until after 4:00 AM. I had two rooms and when I told them I wanted a refund or a discount because I wasn't able to sleep, of course I was told no.
If you're looking for a party hotel where they don't care how late you stay up yelling, laughing and partying as loud as you want - then this is the perfect place.
I have never had a worse experience at a hotel.

Downgraded "staff & service" category but not due to the staff. They were nice and accommodating. There was supposed to be some sort of breakfast. It was listed as starting at 6am but no one around so I inquired at the desk and they said 7am. At 7am, still no one so I went to the Taco Bell across the street. The fact that the staff didn't know if and when they even had some sort of breakfast option was quite annoying. Wasted time waiting for it -- would have went somewhere else to begin with if I would have just known they didn't have it.

Looks good on website, but rooms are old and outdated. At least the parking was convenient. Nice area with plenty of cute dining options. Concierge did the best she could. It seemed like she was working the desk alone for 2-3 days. House keeping did not clean the room in the 3 days we stayed. We had to ask for extra towels, toilet paper, etc. Not sure if we’ll be returning to this hotel.

Unable to check in for hours due to Wi-Fi outage. Front desk receptionist did her best to man the front but the managers made No action plan to appease customers for this extreme inconvenience! Not to mention I went to get a bottle of water and they were trying to charge $8?! Tell me why it’s cheaper to buy alcohol than it is to buy water? No credits, no refunds, absolutely No concern for customer satisfaction.
The room itself was extremely old and poorly cleaned.
Disappointed in the hotel managers to not attempt to make this situation right.

The lav sink had a huge hair clog, got some out but it barely drained. Had to shut the AC off because the fan started making noise like it was falling off. Desk clerk when checking out didn't give us an exit card for the parking lot so had to park, walk around part of the building and get one.

Your front desk personal is awesome. The room, which was an executive room did not have a scale or 2 bathrobes, only one. These items were listed as being in this grade of room. There is no way to control the air conditioner. We wanted it off as it was very noisy, but could turn it off. Thankfully we had ear plugs with us. I dislike sleeping with ear plugs. Lastly, the TV only had 5 channels, with limited choices to watch TV at night. The room was clean and overall the hotel is quiet, except for the air conditioner.

This hotel needs major make over, everything is out dated, rusty fixtures, stained walls, dirty sheets and broken cabinets. For the price I paid I should just go to motel 6.

We stayed one night to go to a concert with the area. The room was just what we needed: comfortable, clean, roomy. The only thing we missed was access to more tv channels (specifically sports channels). We’ll stay again.

Nice staff, beds were pretty comfortable as well. The bar is pretty pricey but the bar tender did tell us the prices before we ordered which was nice of her. Pool was closed and they had a big shipment just kinda sitting in the restaurant area, not a big deal though. Starbucks and Taco Bell are close by and there’s some grocery stores too. We came for a concert at the Toyota Pavilion and it was a 20 minute ride away.

The only part of this hotel that looks nice is the atrium. The rooms are really old with no updates. The carpet in our room was badly stained. The desk chair was old and faded. Furniture is old.The security door is held shut by a magnet. No coffee in the lobby in the morning. Pool was out of order. Homeless people out in the parking lot looking under cars and trash stacked up by trash cans. The only thing that was good was when I told the desk person I had requested a bottom floor room, he said our room wasn’t ready yet, and we weren’t on the bottom floor, but ultimately he did give us a ground floor room.

This was the worst stay I have ever had. I wish I could add pictures. It was gross. The elevator to get to the room had a bag of someone’s trash tied to the rail inside. The floor had a huge puddle in it. Our toilet leaked in the bathroom so we had to use half of our towels around it on the floor. The tub had a disturbing brown stain in the bottom. The towels smelled like they had been there for a year and were musty and dusty. There was an office chair that was dump worthy. I kept fully clothed because while the bed looked ok, I just didn’t trust it. The carpet was filthy. Expedia should remove this hotel from their site.

One think that bothers me is that the restaurant in the hotel doesn’t open up till 8 am, and that makes people to go out for breakfast instead of staying there, that will benefit the customers and the hotel
