This hotel is getting tired and really does need some sprucing up. Reception area had a very strong disinfectant smell quite annoying. Carpets really need to be upgraded and windows are very tired

First impression of the hotel is how dirty it was. The carpets in the hallway and stairs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. The room was dark and depressing. Beds were really uncomfortable. Pool was too cold to swim in and again very depressing room. The only good thing was the customer service when we were leaving.

Bathroom was dirty. Ring around the tub. No hand towels only bath towels. Very hard to plug in the coffee maker. Had to move the desk Lock on door was broken. First floor still has many stairs and a long walk to the end Mattress was comfy but pillows were very hard. Did not have a good sleep. Will not stay here again!!

We asked for no stairs or very few as my friend is 93 years old and I'm waiting for knee replacement surgery. We had to climb 3 flights of stairs. They did carry our luggage to and from the room. When we were checking in none of the debr/credit terminals were working. The front desk attendant did her best to accommodate us but was unable to give us an appropriate accessable room and we finally had to empty our wallets and pay cash. The attendant did bive use three lovely flowers. The general manager did a.low us to use cash and did carry up most of our luggage. If it wasn't for the stairs and the computer check In issues it was a great room and the staff was exemptiona.ly helpful.

Entered the hotel late in the evening. Waited 10 minutes for anyone to come to desk. Was told by the desk person that I'd have to wait 30 minutes for the online reservation to come though. Then was told he'd never heard of Obitz. He blamed the hold up on his company Sandman Hotels. Terrible service!

Had a bit of an issue because of no lock on my door. The very friendly staff made it all good. Property needs updating which I understand is happening in the near future.
The beds are incredibly comfortable !!

Close to restaurants and stores. Did not like smell of room old furniture left hot water tap on for 10 min lukewarm water old dirty bathtub didn’t use shower because of water temp and dirty bottom of tub

I didn’t get to stay here, this was the second time I’ve tried and when I show up there is no room available, and the alternatives they gave were pathetic, a room with no AC in the summer or a twin bed for a 300lb man just is not suitable, this put me at a huge loss as the whole town was sold out and I had to drive an hour to 100 mile house to get a room, at 9pm, after 11 hours of driving
I am very upset about this experience and the fact that nothing was done to rectify the situation

DIRTY. When we got into our room, it had puke all over the side of the mattress that was never cleaned (you could see chunks). The room had a terrible odour when you walked in. Beds were dirty and the door lock was busted off. We were moved into another room, however, the overall cleanliness of the room was still horrible. If it wasn’t as late as it was, we wouldn’t have stayed. We considered not staying and sleeping in our vehicle after seeing the condition of the room.

The room with the everyday cleaning was good but some of the other cleaning was missed. There were bugs all over the kitchen light, for instance. Seems like an old hotel that's been updated in some ways. Staff was so great, and the suite was a nice size.

Despite the town being on evacuation notice, the team was unwilling to refund the 1 night stay. Ridiculous management, and hilarious you'd ask for a review for a night I did not stay with you.
Stay in Williams Lake multiple times a year and this will be the last time.

Friendly staff at check in. They was given an upgrade without a request. Lovely clean suite. Comfy bed. Had a great stay. Great value for the price!

Staff was friendly enough, room is what you pay for. However, the AC cannot CANNOT keep up with the evening summer sun. Had to buy fans to try and keep cool.
TV has no channels.
Parking is not very good.
Pool and pool deck needs cleaning. No hot tub.
Overall not impressed. I understand it’s a cheaper and older property but I’ve had better experiences in buildings working with less.

It was so hot in the building the room AC was not efficient the heat was on in the basement overall a dirty run down place to stay in a sketchy area.

I will be contacting Expedia about a discount; the bathroom had some serious issues including very noisy fan, shower faucet is backwards, etc. very poor maintenance

I think we are a little fussy as we prefer the room to be clean. Having dark carpeted floors means everything shows up if not vacuumed really well. Not having an elevator is an inconvenience when booked on the second floor. The AC could only be turned down to a certain point so we are happy that it cooled off nicely in the evening so we could have the window open. Don't think that we will stay at this location again in the future.

The hotel was comfortable, but public areas were in pretty serious disrepair. There was an exterior door where the card scanner was gone, so we couldn't reenter there. There was no place to walk the dogs near the other door. The hallway carpets were stained, torn, or in generally bad condition.
The room itself was nice, without the same carpet issues. It was large for the price. We didn't check out the pool area. Denny's is connected to the building through the lobby.
