This property is very old and run down. The he room had been sprayed with some sort of air freshener just before we arrived. The front desk clerk could not get the card reader to work after several tries, so check in took a very long time. We would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Property is run down and showing its age. Repairs need to be made. The little bit of hot breafast offered and I mean little bit is only on the weekend.

I have stayed here quite a few times over the years for family functions as my Aunt and Uncle live right behind so it is very convenient to walk. While the breakfast will suffice its sparse, it is nothing like it used to be as a full buffet style with multiple choices and plenty of food. The hotel needs up grades and is showing its age with little to no repairs done

upon check in I was told because I checked in in line I was given a pet room??? While I was unpacking a mouse ran across the room, this us not a joke it actually happened. Next day a water line burst on the floor above. They placed large noisey fans around, one of which was directly outside my door. The room that day was not cleaned, fresh towels only. Everday of a 3 night night stay they forgot something, coffee, cups, etc. Never was the room vacuumed. I actually thought I was part of some comedy reality show. I can say without a doubt I will not be staying there again.

The hotel smells of Tandoori food everywhere ( they have a Tandoori restaurant on premises, but they could have better ventilation or at least close the door). Premises are tired , carpet in room was dirty. Bathroom was clean, and bed comfortable. I think there are better alternatives in town for similar price.

The property is really run down and parking was not the best. Staff was okay, checked out on Sunday early because of the alarm on the door a ross that was going off for over 1 hour and was still going off when we left at 6am. Nobody did Anything about it. I will not be staying there again.

It's old... Run down a bit. Not the cleanest. Lights out in vanity (1 of 3 working so it was dim) no lights seem to be on switches. Couch was very old and uncomfortable. When my room was made up amenities were not replenished. It felt as though I should always have my shoes on walking around.
But... My bed was comfortable and that's the most important part.

There was dirty underwear behind the door in my bathroom. The hotel was full, so they couldn’t move me. The hotel is tired and not worth the price tag. That said, the bed was comfy, the front desk gal was nice and the gal working the continental breakfast was lovely to chat with.

Currently writing this review from my phone data as the internet has been hacked and I was prompted to an escort website directly after logging in. Front desk mentioned it was something they where working on after I went down and mentioned how odd it was, would have like to have known this before logging in on my work/business computer as it appears the network is not secure.

Have stayed here twice. Nothing at all to complain about. Williams lake downtown is a high crime area so there are signs saying not to leave valuables in your vehicle so we didn't and didn't have a problem

Bed was horrible. Woke my husband up every time i moved, it squeak so bad. Pillows were flat. Had 5 of them on our bed. Sofa bed was lumpy. Were never told about breakfast. Saw the sign as we checked out. Stayed here before with no issues. Slowly going down hill unfortently
