Room smelled a little strange but it was fine

From the door all smiles greeted me made me feel very welcome Assim, was amazing what a guy he was very helpful! He was very kind also I would definitely use their hotel again

Front desk staff was extremely professional and friendly. Enjoyed my stay.

Rooms are clean. Very comfortable mattress. Shower water pressure is excellent. Dining menu at check-in or one in the room would have helped.

I did not like that a $100 deposit for "incidentals" was required. I was not notified of that rule when I booked through Expedia.

Comfortable room

The hotel is made for the businesses around the area in which it is located. When you drive down the street to the hotel, you will see corporations next to the hotels. Our room was clean. The thermostat didn't function correctly. It said 71 but hardly any cool air was coming out of the AC unit. The AC unit ran all night which isn't too much of a problem, but it did dry me out. I woke up every hour and half to take a quick drink of water. The only real problem are the shower curtains. It doesn't stay where you place it, it keep creeping towards the center of the shower and sprayed water on the wall.

The staff was nice the room was clean. The property was quiet.

I drove over 5 hr from Western New York with my two kids, 2 year and 4 and half. They were very excited to stay in hotel with swimming pool. I book this hotel particular since they have swimming pool. I asked staff about swimming during checkin. I was told that we can enjoy swimming pool until 10 PM. My kids were very happy to hear they can enjoy swimming, but it did not last long as we all Change the dress and reach to the pool found the pool was out of order. My kids cry since they cannot swim after all. I immediately call hotel and this is the answer I get “ I am so sorry, poop is out of order at this moment”

Breakfast is as missing i mean it was not included.

I was disappointed by the false advertisement of free breakfast included. The staff was adamant about purchasing breakfast for an additional $10 per person after spending $158.00 for the night. My best friend went and purchase the additional breakfast coupon so the kids can eat for Easter Sunday. The front desk (pregnant) lady watched and walked from the back area to the dining to see if everyone that was eating purchased a coupon. After spending $300.00 for two rooms, that should have been the least of her worries. I will not stay at this location again. Don't advertise breakfast included with those high nightly rates. The competition is high, there are other hotels within the Piscataway, New Jersey area.

The hotel appears to be under construction the one elevator door kept getting stuck our room was never cleaned when we left for the day and returned it was still dirty. The sink faucet in the bathroom looked new however it was tilted so the water came out side ways which squirted everywhere the toilet flushed very slowly which was scary because we were not quite sure if the water would go down and the Tv kept going in and out this was a very disappointing stay and we had multiple rooms and we were all unsatisfied the price was good but next time we will pay more for better service

This is a place under construction & Dust all over.

Overall stay wasn’t too bad. On arrival had to wait a bit because receptionist was using the restroom. Lobby looked ok While approaching the elevator the floors didn’t look too good then I realized the the hot was under big construction. Which no one told us. Rates should of definitely been cheaper for the service inconvenience. 1st day of breakfast services and food was pretty good but 2nd day not so good.

The staff was great and they always tried to help. The hotel conditions are not in good shape. The carpets smell like cigarette, and from the rooms, you can hear if your neighbors are talking or watching TV. The beds are not comfortable. The area around the property is not nice and you need a car because there is nothing around to do.

Seedy exterior, broken credit card machine, no dinner, pricey breakfast, dirty bathtub. Friendly staff. But not a place where you want to land at the end of a long drive.

Barely any Wi-Fi? It’s 2022. Less than 1mb per sec is archaic.

Property is getting a facelift so there was a lot of construction materials around which is why I didn’t give the highest mark.

It is a new renovated, first night we still smell the paint, but the AC helped exhausting out. Hallway is amazing long, construction dust and leaking were there.

Hotel under renovation and new management, which was not indicated at point of sale. 6pm arrival. Lobby was chaotic and needs stanchions to cue. Agent was talking with workers who seemed to be addressing repairs. Pool was out of order. No concession for that lost amenity, which was the planned activity for my family. Path to elevator a maze and smelled of paint. Unfinished updates. Elevator small. Room 217 faces quiet parking lot and vacant lot. Sunrise side. Room was stark contrast to lobby and hall. Comfortable beds, fresh linens, clean bathroom with super hot water and good pressure. Soap, shampoo, conditioner offered. TP in cabinet. Thermostat hanging off wall but worked. TV and remote clean and working. Lights worked, but no bath fan. Coffee station and refrigerator.

Property under construction. Door to the room stuck, it took me 5 minutes to get out. TV didn't work, no internet service. Pool,rec room kitchen closed, shower cut off as I was shampooing my hair, no water pressure, paint dust all over the place, room was clean. The site false advertising. Said it was The Radisson Hotel, it's Holiday Inn said it had everything. No restaurant & bar on property, pool closed, rec room was under construction I will never stay there.

this property is currently going thru a remodeling. looks nothing like the pictures. the elevators are constantly malfunctioning. the ceiling tiles are stained with water stains all over. do jot recommend. maybe one day ehen remodel is finished it will be nice. avoid for now

There was blood on the comforter when we got to the room, asked for another comforter, they said they didn't have any left. Asked for a couple of blankets, they didn't deliver it so an hour later went down to ask for them again, they delivered it 25 minutes later and went to unravel them and there are band aids and clumps of hair. Bugs . Also, there was a big party in the lobby and there was toys EVERYWHERE in the halls, kids riding on scooters, bikes etc. and running everywhere. They were running amuck and was extremely dirty . Pool was closed as well because of them. Hotel management had no control over this hysteria. 0/10 would never go back.

We were told we couldn’t use the pool bc of another group and there religious beliefs. Other than that everything was good

This property is under construction and should be closed while that takes place. Also it’s loud. We had a room that we heard a lot of traffic noise. Lobby is a mess. Outside landscaping not well kept. Disappointing for a Raddison
