It was good and comfortable place. Some inconveniences. Housekeeping missed one day for some reason to clean the room. Pool wasn’t clean and lack of towels. Food for breakfast wasn’t enough. Had to wait for it.

There was a lot of Miskitos inside the room that we couldn’t sleep all night

Had to switch rooms three times one was dirty one dirty no AC and one hen finally a decent room but still a little dirty

Nice hotel to stay at while seeing a concert at The Gorge Amphitheatre. Room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

Friendly front desk!!

Our check in staff were great! The room was okay, I have definitely been in cleaner. Overall this worked well to have a place to crash on our way through to another town.

Upon check-in and each time we returned friendly staff were always there to greeted us. Convieniently close to the Moses LakeTemple. The one complaint I had were the pillows were too firm for me. BYOP, my wife always does.

It was amazing! The room was extremely clean, the beds were quite comfortable, and then bathroom was super spacious. The service was amazing, the women at the front desk were super nice and even allowed us to check in early for a concert. The hotel was extremely flexible with our plans and accommodated us!

For a quick place to crash it was fine, the bed was broke, smelled like someone smoking marijuana all through the halls and in the bathroom. You can hear every movement of neighbors and hear everything outside. Pool was slimy and dirty and the front desk is overwhelmed as it seemed they do not have enough staff especially for a busy weekend.

Front desk staff and management are very friendly and helpful. However, on a multiple day stay my room was not replenished with towels or toiletries consistently without me asking. And the one day I asked for my bed to be changed because I would be give all day the housekeeping staff declined to complete my room. I’m happy with most of my stay, but not the way I always have to ask for room to be serviced.

Great customer service

The air conditioner was so noisy that my children and I couldn’t sleep; when we turned it off, it was very stuffy. At 2 am I went to look for another hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here the rooms where very spacious clean comfortable. 1 of the best motels weve stayed in in a very long time . Thank you for having us there.

Rooms were basic but clean. Pool was pretty gross, which the kids were disappointed about. Front desk staff was curt and not very welcoming. Would not stay there again.

Happy with our stay.

Nice place, it’s clean and was quite even on first floor. If you’re looking for comfort and convenience of a night or two this is a good option. Breakfast was okay for options, but I am a goody so don’t use my judgement of it.

In the HOT SPRINGS STATE PARK

1.) Front office check in was great, but our experience quickly changed as we checked into our hotel room late at night. Our hotel room was on the ground floor level and when we opened our hotel room door we were surprised by a wide open window with no screen and a bed that looked like someone had just climbed out of. The bedding and bed were a mess and the room looked like someone had just been in it previously. Issue was resolved: The front desk offered us another room, but the experience made us feel a bit uneasy after that. 2.) At breakfast we came into a breakfast room that had nothing but breads. It was still well over an hour before breakfast was ending. You had your choice of breads and waffles and that’s it. When asked if they were going to provide more varieties of breakfast items besides breads, we were told no and that they had ran out of breakfast items a few days prior to our arrival. We felt this was something that should have been disclosed at check in, especially since there are neighboring hotels at the same price point with better hotel amenities.

Easy access from the freeway, convenient marts and eating nearby, friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again!!
