Front desk was extremely helpful with documents we needed for our cruise and overall great experience!

It's ok for 1 night. The property sots right across from the beach, so it is convenient.

The room was very clean and seemed well cared for. The beds were very comfortable and the pillow firmness variety was very appreciated.

Front desk incredibly helpful! No elevator to the upper floor but will provide assistance if needed. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom was strangely designed. Door hits the toilet when trying to close. Tubs could use an upgrade. Overall, good experience.

Super clean, great staff,breakfast rooms and pool area is very well maintained.

Bathroom door would not even shut without scraping the toilet on the floor. Smallest bathroom I ever had, seen better at motels, also it didn’t even latch close when you finally got the door passed the toilet bowl.

Just ok. Room was very small. The door almost touched the toilet seat.

The hotel was nice but, there is no elevator and the hotel has two floors. The ladies at the front desk said they had guys that would take up all our luggage, and would bring it back down in the morning. I really think they need to put in an elevator or at least a ramp. This hotel is mostly used by people going on a cruise, so there are a lot of senior's. Breakfast was ok, they didn't have a lot of hot items. The room was nice.

I had reserved a room with two beds, the day before I was to arrive they sent an email to offer a room with two beds would be another $10. The same email offered a late check out for another $20.00, I bought that too, but had to check out at 10:30 because the $24.00 fee for each of us to use the shuttle to the cruise port. The Taxi from the Orlando airport was over $150.00. I wasn't told there was a breakfast available that closes at 9:30 until I found it at 9:30 the next morning. After checking in, the desk gave directions to the room that I did not understand took quickly spoken?, I thought was clear enough, but took a long search to find the room. Just spent a lot more than I thought I was going to. Thank you for letting me warn folks.

Very nice convenient hotel. Nice courtyard. Clean and comfortable. Did not go to breakfast. Liked the little sports bar - JTs.

We were there right after the hurricane, so the place had issues with AC and electric. But the girls at the counter were great - especially Tasha who went above and beyond.

A wonderful hotel. Great location. Staff very attentive. Nice restaurants on premise. Free breakfast. Great for the money.

We had to cancel due to the hurricane. The cruise line did not tell us that things were going to change and be a day late. They would not work with us. We will not be back.

Property was dated, very small bathrooms. And Morning Breakfast was not very good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. We wore slippers in the room and in the shower. Let's leave it at that. For a last minute booking and the price not being ridiculous, it was okay for what it was. Really good Japanese/Thai place next door.

Woke up to find a bed bug!

Stayed at the hotel 1 night before boarding cruise. I had to ask for room change due to unbearable dog/urine smell. Second room also had odor but was tolerable for one night. Would not stay again

The only concern I had. Is that it’s was hot in the room.,I was told I could change rooms but I didn’t.

Me and my daughter stayed and really enjoyed our time the restaurant on the property was amazing and the staff was very knowledgeable the ladies at the front desk in the hotel was super nice moved us to another room so my daughter could be closer to the pool and gave us a few items that we forgot to bring. I would definitely stay again

Strongly not recommend, I booked through Expedia, due to my delayed flight I didn't get in until early morning 3am of the next day,La Quinta says Expedia didn't pay them and showed me paperwork, therefore our booked room(s) were canceled, I had 9 family members with me, tired and exhausted, called Expedia expressed my locked out situation. They refunded our money but now I need to rebook a Uber and go to an hotel/motel or anywhere to shower and sleep/Nap until we board our cruise. I've used Expedia many times and this was the first time they let me down and out in cold with my family. As we were leaving La Quinta the lady goes we have two small rooms if you guys are interested, price wer similar to what my booking was and this was now close to 4am, I had no choice either grab a Uber and another hotel or go with whatever is available in front of me. But the funny part is she heard my conversation with Expedia and then offered the room. At this point I didn't dare challenge her or we will either get into another hotel by 5am or sleep on the streets. The rooms were DIRTY, and on the 2nd level with NO elevators, family of 9 (some were kids) we had 9 carry-ons and 4 checked (50lbs) luggage, it was quite the struggle to lug 2 flights of about 8-10 steps stairs. We finally get in, water for shower was cold, we basically slept in our travel clothes and tried to nap for few hours. It included breakfast, don't expect anything fancy, overall, I would not choose this hotel again.

Having a pool, hot breakfast and restaurant/bar on site with a Happy hour was great.

like: the hotel is very close to the beach; room is big; there is a swimming pool, kids love it.

Pool was nice but the area around the pool needed cleaning- loose trash and debris - used bandaids on pool deck - pool sides/wall at edge needed cleaning oily residue My room was tidy and bed made but the overall room was dirty - bathtub had mold and needs to be caulked - the counter at sink where coffee pot was was very dirty as well as back splash area I will not book again at this location
