The rooms are not great, but good enough to sleep in. We booked two rooms and notified the hotel of changes to our delayed arrival due to an extended layover. They said they had to charge us for thebday we didnt use because we used hotels.com but wouldnt have charged if we call them directly. The parking fee was also the same way. Booking on hotels.com resulted in an additional $140 parking fee.

Great location. Convenient airport shuttle. Friendly helpful staff. A great sandwich shop is a short walk from the hotel (Aloha K Sub) for a snack on United flights.

Room darkening let too much light into the room in the morning. Walls not insulated well, heard noise from other rooms and street. Scents in soaps lotion etc. to strong. Many people have allergies to scented products. Room looked nice and were clean.

The staff at the Best Western are amazing! The breakfast buffet is way above average in variety and quality. I would've given them an overall 5 star rating if the parking wasn't such a rip off at $40 per night.

The room itself was fine, but the shower was the worst shower I have had in any hotel. To get it to the right temperature was difficult and for it to stay at the right temperature was difficult. They need to update their shower in the room.

Freeway was less than 1/2 block from hotel.. The room we were put into had no elevator access

The noise from the rooms near the highway was so loud that it was impossible to sleep.

We booked this hotel as we had a very early flight and they had a complimentary shuttle bus to the airport. However it doesn’t run between 1am and 5am and we needed to leave at 4am. As a result we had to pay nearly $40 for a taxi to take us a journey of half a mile as we were advised it wasn’t safe to walk.

I paid nearly $300 Australian dollars only to be put basically in the motel version of this hotel, not the actual hotel building. I had to drag all my bags by myself to be in a room facing a busy highway . The room smelled of cigarette smoke. I had stayed at this hotel before so I thought I was staying in a hotel room . The excuse was that Expedia had put that I had chosen a pet friendly room. I do not have any pets flying with me.. I have a layover until another ten hours flying . I complained and was put in a room in the actual hotel. Then I had to drag all my bags again through the cleaning that was going on with those rooms. Beer cans everywhere. Just disgusting. I am fed up with the false advertising that your website offers when people are paying a lot of money thinking they are staying somewhere okay when they are tired from travelling. They were not apologetic at all and said it’s my fault for choosing a pet friendly room. I won’t be using your site again.

We had a very short layover in Honolulu. Our flight was really late arriving, but the shuttle driver was very prompt. The women at the check in desk was very friendly and informative. Vary conveniently located near the airport. Will definitely add to my favorites.

We are waiting on a cruise and this hotel was between the airport and port. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Many people not a lot of seats.

60 feet from biggest freeway in Hawaii. Noise level from traffic was unimpeded by gap around door. Free shuttle bus took 40 minutes from the time I called to take less than 1 mile. Free breakfast starts at 7 AM, so it is too late to cover most international departure times. Instead the offer a grab bag with small water bottle, apple, and granola bar.

It was a great place for us to stay for one night from a late arrival to Honolulu to our flight to the Big Island. The free airport shuttle to helpful customer service amongst other positive experiences will have us coming back!

I was little Skeptical about going to the courtyard to my room, but for an old hotel, the updates are very nice and the room was very clean and quiet, even being under a highway.

Hotel location to the airport was great and they offer a shuttle service. The part of the hotel we stayed at had no elevator and rooms were old and need some updates.

I am 100 percent disabled and I was made to walk up a flight of steps just to get to the floor that the room was on. It faced the freeway and you could hear the traffic all night long. We were told that the room that we were assigned was the last one available. We will never stay that this motel again if we decide to go to Oahu in the future.

Gps took me to be street in back, couldnt figure out the entrance as it looked like a different motel; but it was part of the buildinds and parking. When I did park there, I was worried about indigents or druggies who were siiting on the driveway curb. Initially, was frustrated and realized i was in the back. So i drove a block and another right turn, and another for a few blocks to the main entrance and underground parking. Patrons seemed pleased at the pool and walking into the breakfast area. My bldg was an old motel looking place, agains a tall wall of an industrial area. It was closer to park in the back street, to walk with my luggage, than to carry my heavy stuff upstairs where the elevators didnt go. There were nearby eateries, that delivered. Reasonable rates than to pay outrageous fees around the island of oahu. It's also near the airport with a shuttle. Very helpful staff. Clean place. I appreciate Bestwesterns, and have stay at many around the world.

I always enjoy my visit here but when I decided to extend my stay I would have like for the guest service agent to let me know that I would be charged another deposit. I thought there was fraud activity on our card

Very surprised to get such an unexpected unfriendly service at the reception desk. Made me wait till their check in time even though there were rooms available. I am an old man tired from overseas flight that day. Just wished I could get in the room and rest. Then they gave me a room facing freeway with so loud noise that I couldn’t sleep. So I went to front desk asking for a change. Before I said anything, she asked me if I wanted a room change and would be $30 more! So she knew it was not a good room and plotted to get my additional $30!! Will never use that hotel again!!

Everything was very good Maria the lady that cleans on the 8th floor she was amazing and very helpful me and my wife luv her, the only problem we have it was the gate we had problems with the ticket going in and going out. Other than that everything was great 👍

The stay was really nice. Staff helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, shuttle right on time, environment relaxing, a nice way to finish the trip. My suggestion is in the grab and take breakfast, the fruit got taken by agriculture and we were not able to take water. Maybe re-evaluating grab and go breakfast. We wanted to eat it at the airport.

Old, run down, very noisy from traffic, no parking. beakfast was cold, watered down and the same thing over and over. Staff didnt know answers to my questions pertIng to stay.

has airport shuttle from HNL. Easy location for food. Close to Pearl Harbor Memorial. Small swimming pool good for families or a quick refreshing dip. Ok breakfast.

It was good. The only thing that was wrong was the shower. It had 3 knobs, 2 for hot/cold water & 1 to turn the shower on. Turn on the water to get it warm enough while its still on the bottom spout but as soon as you put it up to the shower head, it goes freezing cold. Front desk said they never heard of tgat problem & there was engineers on site. After messing around with it i found out that if you turn the shower knob completely on, you'll loose the hot water, if you turn it back some, you'll hot water but that leaves most of the water coming out from the bottom making the water pressure weak & then it still flips from hot to cold.

The bathroom was outdated and the shower was not good at all.
