We decided to stay at a budget-friendly hotel for our 2 night stay in Mankato. The room was ok, the bathroom needs help. In the bathroom, there was missing grout in the tiles, the corners were dirty, the shower had cracks and the toilet had a dark ring under the top lip of the bowl. If you're used to nicer hotel chains, you will be disappointed, but for the price, it was ok.

Rude staff, DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR DISABLED, room smelled like mold, staff shamed us and would not allow my aid to help me.

There was black mold in the rim of the toilet. "stuff" on the garbage can in our room, towels were worn, hotel smelled of incense, screen window was broke, mold on the windows. I wish I would have taken pictures, but I didn't. I wont stay here ever again. Disgusting.

Hotel is dirty and old. It has been repainted but poorly, not professionally. The owners are the housekeepers and men who cut corners.
The beds were comfortable. The sheets had stains as though they were laundered by household machines. Screens on the windows on the first floor looked as though they were pilled away from windows and broken into.
No elevators. When we asked for a first floor room, front desk was less than accommodating but did finally give us one when they saw my 89 year old mother. Hotel appears not to be handicap accessible.

The hotel was NOT clean. Lobby Yes, Breakfast arae Yes, the rest was in not clean or in disrepair. Would NOT recommend to anyone!

It took forever to check in...my partner had to walk outside because he was so frustrated. We only got 2 bath towels - no hand or washclothes -- had to ask for them. The whole hotel stank of incense. I have 'perfume allergies' and suffered through the night. The food was good and the morning clerk the next day was helpful

The bathroom had a cup of old nasty coffee on the counter. The beds were poorly made. The place smelled bad. The toilet was constantly running if we didn't giggle it just right.

The overpowering smell of cigarette smoke mixed with lysol made it extremely hard to breathe/sleep. Slamming doors and dogs whining all morning was also very unfortunate. The person at the front desk was trying to help clean the rooms in between checking people in. Understaffed and just not clean at all.

Felt the property was VERY outdated. Alot of litter on the outside of the building. Bathroom had a very strong pee smell. Bed frames made a very loud noise just sitting on them. Left about 15 mins after check in. Just didnt feel safe or clean there. Picures made it look alot nicer. Also No elevator

The property was very run down. Think the room was actually flooded the night before; it was very musty & moldy smelling. Big unpainted patches in the wall. The lamp shades on both nightstands were shattered. The room seems trashed. The whole property was very rundown. They did move us when we complained, but why would you even offer such a room. The staff was at times rude. In the morning, their breakfast bar did not have weekend hours, so when we showed up at 9:00 he said they were close and threw the remaining food away. The need to remove quality from their name. I almost cancelled my Quality Inn reservation in St. Cloud; however, that was very nice.

They are obviously milking everything they can out of the property. Cleaning and maintenance are at bare minimum.
Our room had burned out bulbs, and an exhaust fan that didn’t do anything really. The toilet and surrounding area smelled of urine.
There were no towels or soaps. We had to make multiple trips to get those ourselves.
The tv didn’t work. We ended up resetting and fixing that ourselves.
The whole room smelled damp and dirty.
The breakfast has the juices and waffles watered down. Completely tasteless like the coffee.
The management/ownership obviously don’t care about making a good impression and caring for their guests. Simply making more profit.
No way I’m staying here again.

This property was a disappointment from the beginning. Outside maintenance was poor at best.
When you enter the property it’s often difficult to get help right away to check in. Language is an issue, although it’s possible to work through.
Upon entering our room it smelled musty, damp, and dirty. In the bathroom there was a distinct smell of urine. There were no soaps or supplies and we needed to request towels as well.
The tv didn’t work, and the only explanation was it was rebooting and give it 3-4 hours?!
We ended up fixing that ourselves…
Breakfast was awful. They’ve watered down the waffle batter, juices, and coffee. All were basically inedible and tasteless.
The ownership and management are obviously just milking all the profit out with no regard for guest service or quality.
I would recommend avoiding this property.

Smelled like smoke. Rust on bathroom fixtures. Paint pealing off bathroom fan. Toothpaste platers on wall. Back of bathroom door dirty. But the mattress was comfy and sheets clean.

property was dirty, room smelled, had to sleep with the window open. shower was gross, toilet paper holder was broken, coffe machine not stocked. I would not stay here again.

Door didn't shut unless you forced it shut.Toilet was broke first time used. King bed didn't fit frame, too small. Super uncomfortable and noisy, squeaked the whole time. Breakfast wasn't stocked- no bread for toast, juices tasted awful, just lacked attention.

The whole hotel was dirty and smelled. The pool was over chlorinated. Staff was very unhelpful. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

A guy named Rick was rude and pissed off at me when i told him how dirty our room was and that the night woke us up in middle of the night thinking we were in the wrong room. He gave someoe our room

I was supposed to have a king bed....and didnt. I could not use my choice privileges number or understand the workers. My bathtub dripped all night and the door to my room did not shut.

We chose to pay for a night we didn’t even stay in room as my kids would not go back into the room. I was hoping it was just a no frills place to sleep but it felt like the hotel was about 15 years behind on maintenance. Room was dingy, chairs and floor stained, felt gross.

Mold in shower on wall, not well kept property, half used lotion in bathroom, room smelled bad, reused key envelopes. Property is really run down. Staff was nice and bed was comfortable.

Old food left on a broken and dirty phone, curtains broken and not working, large yellow stain on duvet, tub drain clogged, walls behind toilet filthy, light bases sticky, mold in bath tub walls....and smelling terrible. Needless to say we left and booked another place

Office chair was ripped up, it was really dusty, alarm clock would not touch it was gross. The bathroom tub was really gross, ants on the floor and the doors on tv stand would not shut and the bottom was all broken up
The one chair in the room, a leather cushion seat was added, did not match and it was ripped.

There was the employees kid behind the counter climbing all over the desk while I was trying to check in. The place had various bad smells throughout and the floors not very clean.

Hotel was clean, but old and unrepaired. There were broken lamp shades and worn fabric on chairs in room. Bathroom doorframe was rusted so that it was difficult to close door properly. Good price, but probably would not choose this location again.

Our toilet ran all the time, we had to close the door when in the room. Bathroom looked to have black mold trying to start, right above the shower head. clean wherever the vacuum could reach,

The room was not what I thought Quality Inn stood for. The furniture was below thrift-store caliber. The bathtub had been painted over where mold had been. Holes in the drapes. Paper coming off the ceiling. Toilet seats almost off. Pillows were like stuffed balls inside them. We would have left but graduation in the city meant no rooms available.
