Dirty, unsafe hotel. Drug deals in front of the entrance and vagrants in the parking lot.

Only two bath towels, otherwise a very good experience.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times now and it's gotten worse over time. Don't mind that's it's buried in the back of the other places around it, but the landscaping and upkeep is lacking. (stairwells need painting) My clock radio battery was dead, there was no fridge in my room, when I went for coffee in the morning, the one small pump container was pretty much empty. Later there were 2 containers, (Oh Wow!,) which in not enough for the at least 60 units I counted. Only fake creamer and not even packaged muffins. I realize this is a low budget place, but c'mon! The staff was very friendly, sociable and took care of me very well-no complaints there. I will be back in Ohio in this area next year and will likely not come back.

Very quiet here. Clean. Sharon and Samone, at the front desk were kind, pleasant, and helpful. Good price, and location. Food options are within walking distance. I'm very happy with my 3 days stay, here.

The front desk and cleaning staff were polite and accomodating. The management and property were in need of some TLC.

Staff was kind, no coffee pot for the coffee maker in room nor irioning board to go with the iron. Overall the stay was nice and quiet! Will use again!

Rundown. Not well maintained. Sketchy.

Front desk clerk was very friendly. The room was clean and had a microwave and Fridge and the only downfall was the tub was leaning which was kind of weird. overall not to bad for a Red Roof. We stayed here because everything else was booked that weekend, so this was a last minute and nothing else was available.

The room was clean and beds made. However, the phone handle was disconnected from the cord and there was no digital clock/radio in the room to set a wake up. When I had the phone connected, I was able to place a wake-up time via the phone by doing it manually. Fortunately, I called a family member and asked them to call me in the am, (which they did!). Never received a call from the hotel??!!!!

250 dollars for a must room with no towels. Light doesn't work in the bathroom. Sheets dirty. Floor dirty

Not properly maintained

Very dated property. Terrible beds. Room had no towels or toilet paper. They don't clean unless you specifically ask. Vastly over priced. Female desk staff was excellent. Hotel smells like mold.

I've stayed in many an economy motel. This one - from location, to general vibe, to the overwhelming smell of cigarettes in our no smoking room in a no smoking building - was so bad, we got right in the car and drove another hour. Despite having prepaid.

Despite check in being advertised as 2:00, my room wasn't ready until nearly 5:00. The room also had no kleenex, washcloths, or hand soap. Save yourself the headaches and stay elsewhere!

The floor was filthy i had to use the towels to clean in with alcohol and the towels were black that’s how dirty they were. The carpet smelled like feet or urine. Went to take a shower and the water to about 30 min before it got hot. We were unable to get proper rags and towels due to house keeping being backed up.

Just overall very dirty. Carpet looked and felt very dirty and sticky. Pillow cases and sheets all had mysterious stains

Check in time was 2 PM. We arrived just before 4, and a room was not ready for us, so we had to come back later. There was no soap in the room, so we asked at the front desk, and we were told none was to be had (they said they had ordered soap, but was sent shampoo instead), so we had to go out and buy our own..The air conditioner, which we set at 60 degrees, barely put out any cold air.

They charged me over $200 for one night and couldn't even give me soap smh

Just not a welcoming type feel going to the hotel front desk, people were dressed all different so you couldn’t tell the difference between the workers or customers, my first night i had issues with the toilet and it wouldn’t flush and it over flooded the floor so went to front desk to tell them and they said 6am they would have someone come fix it but nobody showed up SMH even after calling them again still nobody showed up so had to use the toilet and my friends hotel near by. I will never stay here again
