Very noisy guests. Room was not clean properly, it was dusty.

This is the nicest hotel in Gadsden. This one has been renovated recently and I had no complaints. They know this and the price is reflected. The other Hampton inn here is about 10 mins away and it’s fifty less a night usually but hasn’t been renovated yet.

Staff was truly helpful, professional and excellent. I know the hotel was recently redone still in excellent shape. A great stay.

Staff and management especially Carla have been super accommodating. I appreciate their excellent service and had everything needed during the stay :)

Very clean

No problems. Staff ok. Hotel was adequate; just very much budget-quality. Towels small and thin. Had to squeeze around toilet to get in and out of shower. Scars and scuffs in traffic areas. Surrounding area mostly vacant lots; restaurant nearby is very run-down. Have stayed here many times over years and recall it being finer in past.

Everything about the stay was great except 2 things. The Hilton Digital Key didn't work (never received after requesting) which isn't a big deal. The part that I am confused about was the knock at 9:30 am asking me for towels. I was about to get in the shower, so I had to put on clothes to answer the door to tell the housekeeper that no, I did not have any dirty towels yet, but she should check AFTER I check out in 90 mins. What is the purpose to annoy someone to MAYBE get a head start on cleaning my 2 towels?

Check in was easy and staff friendly. Continental breakfast was good.

Very clean and spacious room. Nice reception area. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We came as a family and needed room side by side and that was not a problem at all. Staff was extremely friendly breakfast was amazing and the entire trip was great

This hotel was nice and the public areas were clean, however there was hair all over our bathroom. Several pieces in the tub, then additional hair laying all over the floor. And long strands of hair like someone cleaned out a hairbrush and threw it on the floor. I'm not sure if it stuck to a rag while they were cleaning but it was pretty disgusting. The only reason I did not request a different room, which in all fairness, I did not, was because I was traveling with two small children. I did clean all the hair by myself. Their breakfast was nice though.

Booked this hotel to attend a race at the dragway. Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

We have stayed here alot, going to visit our family. Its nice since the new updates inside and out. Great job, it really needed it. We enjoy staying now, and will continue. Over all its the best hotel in this area, we've tried several over the years.

At check in was told they didn’t have a room. Even though I booked on line and had been charged for the room. Finally found a room. Got to the room long 8 hour drive need to use the bathroom no toilet paper. The next morning got in the shower no shampoo, yes I use what the hotel provides for short trips. No one took out our trash so both cans full no clean towels provided had to ask when I asked for more shampoo. I expected more from Hampton.

ROOMS WERE WELL PUT TOGETHER AND VERY CLEAN. I WILL CHOOSE TO STAY HERE AGAIN THE NEXT TIME I AM IN TOWN.

Just for info: they will cancel your booking if you come in late if you booked with a card you are not planning on paying with. I don't always know which card will have money on it so I use what I need to at the time. I got in late and they had called, which is great if you are able to take the call. Luckily there was still a room left so I only had to pay a little more. But just as a BTW, if you're coming in late, call or go ahead and give the card you're going to use. :) The person working the front desk was so patient and friendly that I couldn't get too mad. It worked out but she made the difference. She explained their policy in a friendly way and even though I was tired and annoyed, she helped me by being understanding. The hotel was clean, room was great, bed was great, shower was great, and it was quiet on a Friday night which was extra great! Oh, and the TV options were great!

I enjoyed the breakfast and the stay was very nice however the beds weren’t as comfortable needs to do better with there beds maybe a more pillow top.

Like that is was updated and had a walk in shower. Very comfortable and clean.
