The hotel is beautiful! It has a RURH CHRIS and free hot breakfast every morning. It was my daughter's 18th birthday trip. Every tourist attraction is within distance. Our kids rated the stay/trip a 10/10

Very nice hotel. Terrific staff. My only complaint was loud talking in the room next door early in the morning 4-5 a.m.

When I booked my room, I asked for two queen beds in the corner suite. When I arrive, they told me they did not have the room available, but they could accommodate me in a king suite in a pullout bed. I told them that was not acceptable and magically the room I originally requested was available. Not quite sure what that was about but the host at check-in could use some customer service training. Everyone in valet and the host at checkout was amazing and very nice.

The front desk clerks were rude. Every encounter we had with them was very disappointing. So were the workers preparing breakfast every morning. We are very east-going people and don’t expect a lot, but when you are nicer than the employees treat you and they are getting paid to do so, it’s frustrating.

The phone in my room didn’t work, there was no conditioner in my room and it took over 30 minutes for someone to bring it, I requested lotion also which wasn’t brought and I had to ask again the next day. Lobby staff is not very pleasant.

The room that we were in had roaches not bedbugs bug roaches in bathroom and sitting area, we were in room 226 , they probably need to to exterminate but room was very nice and upscale.

The staff was extremely slow addressing any needs like fresh towels and a/c issues. I had asked twice for towels and the maintenance came to look at the a/c two days after my complaint and showed up when we were getting ready to leave the hotel to travel back home.

The parking is overpriced at $48 a night. There were no pool towels and front desk staff told me they were still doing laundry at 7pm. Toiletries provided were small and of poor quality. The food selection was poor for an Embassy Suites and the breakfast staff appeared frustrated and was not helpful.

Breakfast was horrible. Everything has a surcharge, even self parking. Hotel decor was bizarre, even creepy. Carpets were old and torn in room. Floors were sticky. Late checkout had $25 per hour fee. NEVER staying there again. Only two good things were - rooms were spacious, valet was friendly.

Valet was super nice and professional. They were very helpful with loading and unloading the car. The front desk was also nice . The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely recommend staying here.

Very adequate despite having various group bookings on site during our visit the hotel had sufficient space and it never felt cluttered.

The property itself was nice but nothing special. The cost for parking was extremely high! The parking garage was not well lite everywhere and the spaces are tiny (old garage).
The staff was very nice and friendly - the best part of the experience.
