They need to have better amenities for the price like complimentary’s breakfast or a microwave and fridge in the rooms

It wasnt too much noise despite being 5 minutes from the Airport. Walking distance to the outlets and Parkway Bank Park literally 10 minutes Walking. Great place and even better stay!! Even held our bag while we went to the outlets before our flight

Good hotel I would stay again. Didn’t get much time to look around during my stay. Hopefully next time I will.

We stay there for conventions. Over the years, we have noticed a degradation with some amenities, most specifically the parking situation is unacceptable. Second food quality at breakfast brunch is really no longer as great as we remembered and price through the roof.

Nice hotel , great staff

They made me feel like I was the only person in the hotel. They treated me so kindly from the driver on the transportation bus all the way to your housekeeping staff. I would definitely come back again and kudos. Especially to your chef and your waitresses. And waiters everything was top notch

Excellent stay, room clean, food choices for delivery or at the Starbucks in the lobby. Shuttle service to ORD very 15 minutes 24 hr Weight Room free weights and nautical with cardio machines. The Brunch was the best of fruit and choices. Love the fresh cooked eggs by chef. I will be back.

This is the third time that I stayed here. It is still wonderful. The staff is awesome, the breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are clean and immaculate. I love staying here.

Hotel stay was for one night with myself and my 2 young adult children. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate lunch at the to-go place on the lower level and we all enjoyed the food. Parking is pricey for one day but at least it was conveniently located adjacent to the hotel and accessible from the third floor. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

1 star review things. First off I booked a deluxe king suite for the weekend Friday through sunday so my expectations for the room and prompt service was understandably high. We arrived at the hotel at 130pm, about an hour and a half before check in time at 3pm on a Friday and upon arrival there was no hotel parking available, which the parking we had to pay for blocks away from the hotel was never validated/compinsated. My friend left me to check in while he went to find parking. I waited in line over an hour for check in and once I finally got to the front of the line I was told my room wasn't ready, which I overheard multiple people ahead of and behind myself in line that complained of the same issue, regardless of the type of room. There was No microwave in the room. No robes and those were definitely advertised. The Balcony door was very hard to open. Requested no house keeping yet was woken up to unauthorized entry at 851 am. Both tvs were on when we entered and other guests said the same thing so what a power waste.

Do not plan on parking anywhere near the hotel, they block out a lot of their garage for long term airport parking rather than paying guests. Also, the bathroom doors are ridiculously narrow and the toliet in the bedroom is a tight squeeze. (5'8'' and 215) Management was responsive to a major complaint, which is why the 3 starts instead of 2 stars.
