Hotel was fine beds comfortable and stay was fine Housekeeping staff friendly I felt pool area could be cleaner as it looked. Dirty!! Our carpet had spots on it as it looked like some areas could use a deep clean walls in room need painted

Very clean

Room was clean. Bed was nice and comfortable. Our room was in the center with the window facing the pool room. The ac under the window pulled the humid air in from the pool room. That made it uncomfortable. Nice selection for breakfast. Easy check in and out. Upon return for our next visit, we'll be asking for an external room.

We could not get into room after multiple attempts. Keys not working. Multiple waits in check in lines. 20 minutes each time

I moved my room 4 times due to inconveniences with the property and management. Went into room seen urnie filled sheets, bugs in bed, door key would deactivate. Hotel workers were VERY EXTREMELY Rude!

A good stay for 2 families with small children. The kids really had a great time at the pool! Front desk manager was helpful and accommodating!

Overall, pretty nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. My complaints would be that the bathroom/shower was very small. Also, if you want quiet, request a room not connected to the pool area. That got a little noisy earlier than I thought it would.

Nice hotel with good amenities. Heated light in the bathroom was a nice surprise! Pool was awesome and warm, hot tub was amazing. Very loud all through the night though, bring a sound machine! Breakfast was delicious, but drink machine was broken during our stay which sucked. Clean and comfortable beds. Would def stay again!

The room was clean, but only had a shower and no bath. The pool was really nice and the hot tub was a really nice touch.

I based my booking on the rating that is posted on multiple sites. Traveling from Canada we arrived late at night. The person at the front desk took some time to come from what ever he was doing. He checked us in and we went up to the room. Upon opening the door there was an odd smell, the floor had all kinds of stains the room looked nothing like what was being advertised. The dust was so thick on the lamp it was disgusting. The linen had stains and holes. The bathroom tub was chipped hair on the wall. I was in 2 minds about having my kids sleep in the beds. We made it through the night and in the morning we went downstairs to have breakfast. It was just ok bread was dry frozen bagels and ok coffee. We went to the front desk asked for the Manager and was told she was too busy to talk to us. I replied that she needs to speak to me right away. She came was very pleasant and easy to talk to i explained how disappointing it was to make a booking here and it was nothing that was being promoted. She quickly offered a discounted rate for the first night and offered to change the room. Took us to the new room to see, it definitely was in better condition than the 1st room. Later that day my kids went to the pool and quickly came back to say the pool and hot tub were dirty and left their skin scratching and irritated. The following morning was the same with breakfast so we took the kids out to eat. Upon check out I said it was not as expected and left.

No power in building so they said they would refund me yesterday and to check into another hotel. Still have not received refund

I only stayed there (at a much higher price than other hotels) because I needed a shuttle to the airport super early the following morning. When I reserved the room, I made a note as such, but I never heard back from the hotel -- bad. The day before, I spoke to Mark at the front desk re: the shuttle, and he said they didn't have one. I sent him a picture of the listing -- "Airport Shuttle" and he was very nice, but the hotel didn't cover the Uber cost -- $34.00+. Again, I didn't need to spend the extra money to stay there. If they didn't have a shuttle, I would have stayed at a much cheaper hotel and paid for the Uber. I'd appreciate a $34.38 refund. I can send a copy of the receipt, if needed. Thanks very much.

Good option in Erie area

We didnt like that the bathroom only had a stand up shower and the sink was in a separate area

Decent hotel, beds were awfully uncomfortable though.

They over charged me for a huge amount of extra money and they said they will refund me the money and they never said any thing during check in, they don’t have authorization to do changes for the guest and one person do so many jobs it is really confusing, for $179 a night Is not a good place and they don’t have SAFE DEPOSIT BOX in the room.

Nice rooms, nice pool and whirlpool, breakfast was good. I did not like that parents couldn't keep their kids under control in the pool. Letting them jump and do flips off the side of the 4.6 ft pool when it was not permitted.

Staff were friendly. Facility was clean, breakfast and pool were very nice. Property is a bit dated with some obvious wear and tear. Lots of kids running around due to proximity to Splash Lagoon, alot I mean alot of signage re be quiet after 10 wich most kids and adults ignored. Annoying but would stay again

We arrived in the evening after a long day at the park. Our room was on the third floor, close to the elevators AND overlooked the indoor pool. It was so noisy! Went to give my 4 year-old a bath and the drain was not working properly and the tub was super slippery, One pillow was filthy and the carpet was old and dirty…. Long hair stuck to the bathroom walls… We will not stay there again.

The stay wasn’t good. The girl who checked us in had no idea what she was saying. The morning we were leaving we found mouse poop on the floor. The hotel wasn’t very clean. We stayed there last year and was way better. When we were checking out told the manager about the mouse droppings and she said she couldn’t discount anything because I booked it through Hotels.com. Will never stay there again.

The property was packed full of people who did not pay with their own money. I smelled marijuana in the hallway. The room above us had bouncing and banging from 5:30am to 7:00am. The city we stayed in was part of the problem, not just the hotel. It was hard to navigate to the hotel parking lot via GPS and groups of people walking around this and 5 other hotel facilities.

Older couple. Long weekend for reunion. Very Quiet in spite of lots of kids around. Roomy. Good shower and very good tv. Close to several restaurants, some walking distance. Breakfast crowded but well serviced.

This was by far the best hotel experience I think I have ever had. The cleaniness of the rooms were spot on, the breakfast was amazing and the pool area was clean and fun. Highly recommend anyone looking for a hotel in Erie to stay here. We will be back!
